Fantastic location - Less than 5 mins walk to KL Sentral. Property uses very quality bath amenities. Security wise, I liked the fact that guests need to tap in after 8pm to access the lobby.

The property is clean and comfortable as expected fro, Ascott. Very light staff at front desk. At most only 1 staff. At times have to queue to get assistance.

This was the best choice ever! I stayed 3 nights in a King Apartment at Ascott Sentral and it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed for a great price. The room is super clean and really spacious, it has everything you need, including a big fridge, a wide rain shower and a smart TV. The building is new and there are huge panorama windows, I was on the 17th floor and had a great view of KL. The building is situated in a central location, just a 5 minutes walk to the shopping mall NU Sentral and the Sentral station, which is situated inside the shopping mall (there is train, metro and bus), so it is very easy to move around and especially to go to the airport. There is a complementary shuttle to KL nearby attractions such as Petronas Towers, Central Market, China Town (only one way). The people at the reception are really nice and answered all my questions about getting a local Sim card, where to find the tourist bus and how to go to the Batu Caves (you can take the Komuter train at NU Sentral station for only 3 RM!). There is a gym and a big outdoor swimming pool plus a smaller indoor pool on the 5th floor. I booked only the room without breakfast because I wanted to sleep longer. I will stay here again soon, thank you for everything!

Huge, clean rooms - walkable from NuSentral.

Good location and near to Nu Sentral Mall, near to KL Station, near to CVSKL, Good condition and amazing full furnished, specially in kitchen equipment, such as microwave, big refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, ect even in 2 bedroom also included wash machine and dryer.

Huge, clean rooms. Walkable to Nu sentral.

The only thing that was good in this property was the room. Other than that Everythjng was poor. Breakfast was poor. The aircon didn't work properly. The temperature won't go below 25 degrees. Toiletries was only give for 1 pax despite having 2 pax in the room. Always have to request them. There wasn't room service so you have to buy and store some snacks in your room or else you have to order outside. Even simple items like coffee powder and plain water bottle were given as limited.

The unit is superb. Kitchen is clean, all utensils available including rice cooker and toaster. Room is clean.

Fantastic hotel with extremely friendly, helpful and respectful staff showcasing Malaysian warmth and hospitality. Great location and within walking distance of the KL Sentral train station and many restaurants. Fully equipped room. Kids loved the pool.

Started to feel unwell with running nose and weird smell lingering on clothes and room. Could not tolerate anymore after 2 hours and checked out of hotel to stay in another hotel 4) Horrendous experience!

Misrepresentation and misled. Asked for a different room, was told need to wait until 5pm if needed a change as it was back to back. Seriously? Does it mean the prior guest check out at 4plus pm? Then why is the check out time stipulated as around noon then for most other people?

the unit has some ants infestation but the management came immediately upon request

Enjoyable stay for 48 hours during the MCO. Restrictions in place but was well looked after by the team there. Best location if you are looking for space to relax. 2 bed apartment was massive. Tv, desk and and dining area. Will book again.
