Check in was slow, had to wait 15 minutes for our room to be ready. Hard to understand since 10 people got their rooms immediately after we were at the desk.

Clean, nice hotel. But, hot tub out of order 2 days, no refrigerator or microwave in room which WAS listed as included by Expedia. Hotel said Expedia's fault. Breakfast ran out of food and drinks way before endimg time.

I’m furious that the hot tub was out of service which was the only reason we stayed there & the front desk dismissed my efforts to get an exact time it would be up and running again. We also had to call front desk to adjust our thermostat which was only possible remotely by then & they refused to give me a printed receipt when I checked out

Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Beds comfy. Room size was spacious, we were in a 2 double bed suite and the pictures online were an exact match. Extra surprise was the quality of the provided bathroom products shampoo conditioner body wash hand soap and lotion as well as the hair dryer worked great, sometimes those small things we forget to bring make big difference.

Information about the area would be helpful, as there are few places to eat and no stores nearby. There was no refrigerator.

The hot tub was not hot enough with minimal jets. Breakfast was horrible.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The free breakfast was available until 10:00 which is so much better than the other places we stayed at on our trip that ended at 9:00. Would stay again if passing through Columbia Missouri!

Clean and quiet. Easy access from the street!

We were in room 315. The couch cushions were stained. The ceiling had stains. The air conditioning wouldn't stay on and cool down all night. We had two fans with us, so we survived. The hot tub was not very warm. We have stayed at Holiday in Express before and this was our least favorite and a little disappointing.

After not arriving until 1am i asked for a late checkout and house keeping kept coming in the room every hour starting at 8am. I was sitting at the desk working after the second visit from house keeping and a cockroach crawled up my bare leg which i killed and showed the front desk when i checked out. Overall not a great experience.

Most luxury feeling Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was clean and new, staff was incredibly friendly. Definitely plan to stay there again.

Clean friendly even a breakfast

I did not like that even though they can look up your IHG account, they refused to acknowledge my IHG Diamond Ambassador Elite Status because I booked through a website other than IHG website. I am still “me” so how is it that I don’t get credit for staying here (points OR my stay nights acknowledged). They did allow me to park in the diamond elite parking though but that was only because the woman at the front desk said, “oh we don’t check that”. Another woman heard her say that, who I assume was not diamond elite and said, well we parking there too and told one more car that was with them to park there. Luckily I didn’t get a spot there but I believe if you have earned the status, that’s who should be allowed to park there. I did not like that. I also did not like that there no refrigerator, the microwave is down at the front desk and breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00am when it ppl are there for work, we usually are gone by that time. It was loud, doors slamming and difficult to sleep because the thermostat was broken. Early in the morning, there was staff smoking outside the front doors and the smoke smell was pungent. On the other hand. The staff were friendly, inviting and nice. I absolutely appreciate that. I would stay here again because of the cleanliness but it would be a last resort kind of thing. If I had other options with refrigerator and microwave, that’s where I would stay.

very convenient and wonderful place

This is always my first choice when coming to Columbia mo. Its always clean and safe. I like that its near shopping and restaurants and the highway but still feels private.
