Very friendly staff, plenty breakfast options, clean, safe and services are outstanding. Close to beach and very quiet.

Expensive for what is on offer. Food and beverages quite expensive. Best part of the stay is the friendly staff and the daily buffet breakfast.

Management was excellent, I had a WiFi problem but all sorted out 3 times.

Staff was excellent. I felt like a VIP. I did prepay all the breakfast for two even though I was a solo traveller and never got to use any of the breakfast voucher. The experience there was to please and I love it. I got the 'facing pool' room as an upgrade but all the kids were noisy in the pool all day round and the walls are thin. If not for my sleepleasneas, it could have been perfect. Great experience nonetheless. The swarm of bug ugly mozzies and flies attacking me was in royal Austrians and u left with a bad taste in my mouth from there. Separate post though. This hotel is 5 stars to me with attentive and personable staff, even if they got my name wrong

Nice quiet area surrounded by other resorts. Liked ours best. Not too big. Modern clean and super friendly staff. Nice breakfast included. Good Balinese restaurants within a block or two. Nicer area than Kyra beach.

Highly recommend this resort for families with children. The kids pool and kids club were fantastic. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to cater for our needs. They offered a personalised experience. We stayed in a standard king room which was above our expectations. The room was spacious and offered a partial ocean view. It was well kept however housekeeping needs to work on their attentiveness. The floors were not clean and our sheets were not changed at all. Breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from. The standard menu was affordable but repetitive for a week long stay. The pools were nicely set up however there is not enough sun loungers and hard to get. The pools need immediate maintenance. There were a lot of missing tiles and patch up jobs. Four kids cut themselves and needed first aid. The upkeep of the pools was disappointing. Wifi was fast and had connection throughout the resort, even in the pool. The spa was a luxurious experience, highly recommended. Overall, to sum up our stay in key words - above our expectations, highly recommended for young families, excellent staff, would stay there again, spruce up the menu, fix the pools.

Good service & nice large and clean ocean facing room. What was especially memorable was the hotel manager leaving a birthday card & slice of cake for me in the room! The breakfast buffet was only so-so. Not many good choice of restaurant around the hotel though.

The staff,the facilities and hotel room were fantastic , gardens neatly kept. Not the resorts fault, but the beach along Nusa Dua has some rubbish in the water and washing up on the beach..Would easily stay at Holiday Inn again ,feel very special and spoilt.

We absolutely loved our stay here, it was our honeymoon and they made such a fuss over us, we felt very looked after and special! If we come back to Bali We will be back :)

Krisna – the incredible Chef, and the pastry chef – for their exceptional Indonesian street food, and Erik - the trainee chef, for the Soto ayam, bakso and incredible new sample dishes. Yunita, the Restaurant Manager. Erick, Kartika and Juna who cleaned our rooms impeccably and to the highest standard. The amenities and accommodations were modern and sleek, contributing to a luxurious and comfortable stay. Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn, Nusa Dua was nothing short of phenomenal, and we look forward to returning for another memorable stay. The staff is beyond friendly. They know you by name and make all your wish come true. I got a special breakfast every morning and they will make sure you’re happy and satisfied. Great kids Club! Especially Indiana was taken good care of our child and she loved her. Great Pool area, beach and very nice restaurants. They have theme nights almost every night so you don’t necessarily need to leave the resort for dinner. Short drive from Bali Collection and they have shuttle bus taking you there. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Well, it wasn’t too expensive. The breakfast was really bad.i can’t remember staying at a hotel with worse breakfast. It’s a 3 star hotel. Don’t expect anything more and you will not be disappointed
