Great place to stay. Have stayed before and will stay again.

The room was clean and for the price it was a nice place to stay for a quick overnight trip. Not sure I'd do a long trip the beds were extremely firm and the dispensers for soap and shampoo were empty in the shower. The one at the sink was either clogged or just didn't work very well. Breakfast was normal run of the mill hotel free breakfast and served the purpose. It was in a good location and easy to get to.

They have no information about the food they serve for breakfast for people with food allergies and worse than that was the attitude I was met with when approaching the subject. I travel with my young son a lot and have never had such an awful response when asking about what food wont cause him to go to the hospital. I asked to see the nutritional information as always at a hotel which is normally no issue at all and we are usually able to eat there. Immediately after asking here, I was met with a defensive, uncaring attitude, I was just in disbelief over how uncaring and rude they were. We learned our lesson staying at a mom and pop motel. The place itself was mediocre at best, indoor pool had broken glass panel to building and water was freezing, room was decently clean. My child did not enjoy staying there at all and asked to stay at the better place next time.

For the price, this was a terrific stay! Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was phenomenal and the attendant did a great job keeping everything clean and stocked. The indoor pool is in a separate building and it was unbearably hot in the building because the windows don’t open but other than that, no complaints. We were very happy with our stay!

Ihe Carriage House was a great place to stay. It was close to attractions, restaurants and was located in a quiet area. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone we encountered was so kind and helpful! The hotel itself is tired to say it best. As others stated, the carpet is in big time need of replacing. The water pressure was almost non existent. The beds were clean and comfortable. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower while you enjoy Branson, this is a good place to do so!

I have stayed here a few times now and I have not been disappointed. The rooms have been clean and comfortable. I enjoy the breakfast options, they have alot to offer in their small breakfast area. The pool was alot better this time. It seemed cleaner. I had an issue with my air conditioner upon check in and I reported it to the front desk. Maintenance came within minutes and switched my a/c unit out. It was kind of a big job but he did it with a smile. I so appreciated it and I slept very well after that. Customer service was great! Made me want to be a return customer.

This was a really nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Our two teenagers really loved it! We came to Branson for a family vacation and chose this place when our typical hotel we have stayed at in the past had made some changes and the pool was no longer available. This is going to be our new place to stay at moving forward! Very nice hotel!

Great room with bc comfortable bed and linens. We had a jetted tub room. Bathroom was nice other than the tub/shower. It was clean but leaked constantly.

Hotel room was clean and bed bug free, but hotel itself is outdated. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was not great, but we didn’t expect much for a cheep hotel.

Room carpet was so dirty, socks got blackened just walking around a short time before bed.

This location was great for all the things we wanted to do, and it was not on a main road, so the traffic was not an issue. We will stay here again.

The two at the front desk were very nice, check in was smooth. I will say if you pay with a cashapp card you still have to have a different debit card to put under your account. Room was very clean, the fridge got super cold. As for the indoor pool, it was very clean but very warm in that area so we didn’t swim. Quiet little spot and it’s close to a lot.

Clean place . Nice people. The mattress on the bed was the worst I've ever experienced. I have double knee replacement & bad hips . I couln't get comfortable to get any sleep it was so hard with hard bumps in it .

New staff needed a bit more training for desk clerk, left alone on her 2nd day. Finally got help & checked in. Everything went well otherwise.

Great stay! Good air conditioner. Bed was hard but no other complaints.

The room was very clean. The tub needs to be refinished as the coating is coming up. The bed was amazing and they had comfy pillows. Breakfast was really good.

Very nice property away from the crowd; clean and well kept. Felt like a bed and breakfast with the amenities of a bigger chain motel! Definitely recommended staying here and will be staying here again!
