Hotel was under renovations, but still very clean. Breakfast was simple yet very hot and delicious. Friendly staff. Con: parking lot needs major repair.

I expected a better breakfast. I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns & they had more hot breakfast items. The pillows need to be replaced. They were too flat.

The property is being renovated, but there was little interruption due to that. The parking lot is in desperate need of repair, which I will assume is on the agenda. The room was just right. Location is convenient to all of Omaha and even the far western suburbs. We were given a note when we checked in that made it sound like Hilton expected us to be in our room when they came around to check the strength of the Wi-fi, but there was not schedule. We let the front desk know that if we happened to be there that was fine, but our plans did not include waiting in our room all weekend on the chance someone may stop in for a minute. The desk clerk was great and told us not to be concerned.

Property is being redone. Our bathroom door would not open. We had to move to another room. The hot water took forever, but did come.

Love the area and hotel was great. I booked a King room with a sofa bed. They gave me a double bed room. Went to the front desk, they said they only had 1 king room left. The hearing impaired room. We took the room, but was hoping for more apologies. But they got the room switch and we were fine.

Dennis was the person in charge of breakfast on Sunday, July 7. He was low on supplies & so busy; but he was so attentive & helpful to us that morning!

They ran out of food for breakfast, and the eating area was a mess. Granted, due to guests being slobs, but no one on staff to help clean. Housekeeping was in our room before we checked out and couldn't use our room after trying to eat breakfast.

Great hotel in a great location. Great front desk and breakfast staff and a special shout out to my house service lady “Miss Lisa from Georgia!” I’ll be back.

The staff was incredibly freiendly and helpful. Dennis, the gentleman in charge of breakfast, was very attentive and sets yo a beautiful breakfast!!

Negative: the parking lot was a mess with pot holes all over making parking complicated. We stayed on the 4th floor, it looks like maybe they recently updated the rooms but our door was not put on right and you had to yank it open and slam it shut. Same with others as we could hear people struggling with their doors too making the whole floor extra loud. The shower when your turned it on sounded like it was about to burst until you pulled the lever and the faucet hits the mirror when you turn it on so you can’t adjust the temperature right or left. Lastly, the AC was so loud it was hard to get any sleep when it would turn on/off. Positive. The location of the property is convenient right off 680/Dodge; It was clean, bed was comfy, staff was friendly and the breakfast was great and kept very clean/tidy. And the gym was nice, better than other hotels I have seen as far as equipment goes. If they could fix the room doors/AC it would be 5 stars.

Very easy to get to. Staff all friendly. Newly remodeled rooms. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good. Parking not a problem.

I stayed here last summer and it was great. Chose it again for this weekend and not so much this year. Air conditioning was so loud, i had to wear ear plugs. New TVs are a mess....terribly hard to navigate and volumn went from mute to 30.....nothing in between. Cockroach in the bathroom sink the first morning there. Not sure I'll choose this Hampton Inn location again. Very disappointing.

I checked in at 11:00 at night, the first room I got had a really loud noise next door, they gave me another room and the a/c was making a worse noise than the one from the first room, at that time I was so tired that I just gave up. The whole time had to keep the a/c off. The outside of the toilet was really dirty, pee stains and hair on the bathroom floors. Please stay somewhere else!

All clean and had all I needed

We chose this hotel because it had high ratings. The room we got the ac wasn’t working properly, the refrigerator barely kept things cool , the drain for the bathtub wasn’t working, the coffee machine didn’t work in the room either. The ice machine on our floor was broken as well so you had to go to a different floor to get ice. I alerted the staff upon check out he was very kind and wrote everything down I was just disappointed he didn’t offer a discount or anything.

We will never stay here again. They charge just as much for a small dog as they do a human. Rip-off and just greedy $75.00 is outrageous. The place is noisy all night long with the AC units sounding like airplane engines. Spend some of that pet fee money and upgrade units.

The key card would not work Had to get staff to let us in our room everytime IT WAS A PAIN

The fan in our room was very loud. The room was clean but in need of some updating. Bed was average in comfort. A smaller breakfast, but good variety.

I would definitely and probably will stay here again.
