The staff was very friendly and helpful, even before we checked in Nathan helped me with a booking problem.
Room was clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast was a bonus.

We were only there for less than 24 hours, which was perfect. My only suggestion, there should be someone at the front at all times. We had to wait for someone to walk by to ask for assistance. Front staff was also the cook.

Clean room. No towel service unless requested. Breakfast ok…nice coffee in lobby area. Prices were tripled because of graduation week. Outrageous price.

The property was very clean and upgraded. The hallway carpet smelled very clean and freshly done. Upon entering our room, the cleanliness was eminent.
Still don't think it was worth $600/night. That may have been because of the supply and demand of hotel rooms due to the graduation ceremonies that weekend. Dinner should have been included for that price. But I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in that area.

They were extremely friendly upon entering the hotel. They had a celebration with snacks and drinks for LU graduates and their families. They were accommodating with whatever we needed. The only thing annoying was we were so happy that check out was at 12 PM but the cleaning lady came in our room four times without knocking trying to rush us out of there. One time my teen son was in bed and she walked in on him without knocking. She did not speak English so I could not communicate with her. I was also sad to get to breakfast and there was no more oatmeal this morning but overall I can tell they really tried their best so I will still give five stars.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in, Mary, was so nice, she had great customer service. She made sure to tell me all the details about the hotel. My room was a lot bigger than I had expected and very clean. I am definitely please with this stay so far.

The hotel is in a convenient location. When we checked in our keys didn’t work, so we he to travel back to the front desk. The front desk agent was kind enough to ride the elevator with us to the room to make sure we were able to get in on the 2nd try. The beds are comfortable and the room size is great. The only thing that disappointed me was the condition of the bathroom. The bathtub had stains in it, there was hair on the floor, stains on the toilet seat and toilet handle. I was very uncomfortable in the bathroom, because it looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all.

Carpet had not been vacuumed. When we pulled the curtain closed at night it revealed a bandaid stuck on the wall. Totally grossed me out. The sheets were pilly and therefore itchy. The bed was worn out and we could not get comfortable. Didn’t sleep a wink! Will not return. The staff upon arrival were so nice and I had high hopes until we got into the bed and then saw the bandaid. The employee at checkout was awful. She didn’t care about our experience and simply just said I will tell housekeeping. Had no customer service skills or empathy to our experience.
