This is a great property, it's in a great location walkable to some major brand name stores, and also waking distance to many restaurants, The staff was excellent.

Perfect location for exploring historic Palermo. Very friendly staff who were keen to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very clean and comfortable rooms, good bathrooms and toiletries. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here if returning to Palermo.

Breakfast was not great compared to other places I stayed in in Sicily. Very basic. It was very noisy …. Street traffic was very loud early in the morning. Ear plugs were provided tho

Like: location, quiet. Dislike: Room and hallway decor was quite uninviting and too art-deco for our taste.

Air conditioner not working. Hot nights and air conditioning unit only blew warm air.

Nice location. Lobby on second floor then rooms scattered on floors 3-6. Good options in breakfast buffet. Rated very low on cleanliness only for the terrible sewer smell in the bathroom pipes. Needed to keep door closed at all times! Overall a nice place for a few days

We only stayed here one night but it was a great experience. The gentleman who checked us in was terrific and the stay was very pleasant. The location is walking distance to a lots of restaurants and attractions. We would stay here again for a longer stay.

Highly recommended. i enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were cheerful and accomodating. The location is close to tourist attractions as well as jigh end shopping area.

The folks at the reception desk are super friendly and super helpful. The communication prior to arrival was great. We had a 2 room suite that was very comfortable. The location was central to the older part of Palermo. 2 restaurants i suggest you reserve ahead of time, Locale and Nona Dora

Great 2 night stay, big bed room plus a living room; great service, arrived on a sunday so parked on street for free, next day they had a valet take it to parking garage and brought it back when we needed it; good breakfast; service great, when needed something it was done immediately.

This is a diamond in hiding. They have 5 star hospitality at budget prices. The ladies were extremely nice, very hospitable. The property is modern. Toiletries were high end

I rated this as 2 stars for the following reasons: Cons - Parking was terrible, there is no breezway or hotel specific reception on the street. I had to double park, go up to the 2nd floor and let reception know I had arrived. THey called their valet who came in 10 min but by that time a bus was yelling at my family to move. - I had to ask the reception to come help with bags and it took 3 trips because the elevator is slow and small. - We came back to the 2nd floor for some reason just to be told to go to the 4th floor to our room. - Room was extremely noisy all night long with people moving furniture, very loud road noise and lots of light (curtains have small slits in them). This was a problem for us mostly since we were traveling with a 20month old but my wife and I were woken up by loud music and loud horns. - The room is extremely simple with not many amenities. - We found a roach the morning we were checking out after a 2 night stay. Pros - Great for single or couples in terms of proximity to lots of sights, food, bars. - Staff was helpful and nice in our limited interaction - Travelers without a car or luggage

The staff is attentive and responsive. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable 😊. I love the electric tea pot in the room with instant coffee for those moments when you just need a coffee or tea! Definitely returning to this one!

The conditions were simple/minimal but were wonderfully comfortable and clean, and the staff could not have been nicer. They were very helpful in all matters and flexible in adapting to our needs. I might add that the location was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely stay there again
