Very nice for all services

After a truly awful trip to Langkawi staying at the tan jun rhu resort - words can not express the feelings of returning back to the 4 seasons an actual real life 5 star resort. Its seems across parts of Asia you can’t count on the star system or descriptions provided by hotels.com. But you can always count on brands you trust. The 4 seasons Jakarta was everything and more it described itself to be. The difference in class of a real 5 star verse made up descriptions was clear- possibly one of the best city hotels in Asia !!!

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta was exceptional. The staff's professionalism and attention to detail made me feel truly valued. The luxurious room, exceptional dining options, and top-notch wellness facilities exceeded my expectations. The central location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable and luxurious experience in Jakarta.

Best assistance from staffs

All suite hotel and the suites are beautiful. Check in desk staff are excellent. Restaurant staff are welcoming and helpful. The only small problem was that when our room was cleaned the staff only left one bath towel and did not replenish the milk for coffee. Staff were very quick to bring these when we called.

Beautiful and nice Hotel, confortable bed! The only thing Is the breakfast should included with my room ! I stay for 2 Night and pay for 2 room with no free breakfast .. little to cheap to give US free breakfast.

Amazing experience. Exquisite drinks, stunning cocktail bar, delicious breakfast and comfy beds. Located about 30-40 minutes into the city from The airport. The Four Seasons never disappoints.

I had read many positive reviews and decided to stay at this hotel for my recent three-night business trip in Jakarta. Everything went smoothly at first until I was awakened by some loud chanting at 4am. The chanting sound was so loud that it was impossible to ignore, like someone's singing outside of my window. It was a little past 4am, I called the front desk, and was informed it was the daily prayers from the nearby mosques. With all due respect, with this kind of surrounding sound, there is no way I can have a good sleep, especially with jet lag. I spoke to the staff. The gentleman was friendly and offered to bring earplugs. The second night, I asked to move to the other side of the hotel and a higher floor, and was awaken at the same time. The chanting was even louder than before! It turns out this hotel is surrounded by at least three mosques... So I was not surprised when the same thing happened again the following night. At that point I was just too tired and felt happy that's my last night at this hotel. This experience prompted me to write a review, which I rarely do, to give a head-up to the newcomers. Think again if you need undisrupted sleep and are not used to this kind of daily rituals. Otherwise, be prepared to be sleep deprived during the whole trip like me. I do think the hotel should try to improve its soundproofing of the rooms and give some fair warning to people that are not familiar with the situation.

Arguably the best hotel experience I have ever had. Everything was so integrated and «travelling experience» oriented. From service and ambiance to cool pool vibe, excellent breakfast. Most organized hotel - no hassle and inconveniences at all. Really spacious rooms.

Superb hotel!

We stayed for 3 nights on a family trip. Both rooms were well appointed, service was excellent, the restaurants were top notch, with breakfast being a standout. The welcome fruit platter and macarons were a nice touch and the fresh floral arrangements in the lobby infused the whole reception area with a lovely fresh fragrance.

Never get a change to stay. Warning the will change you 100% no show without warning. And they don’t even mentioned it on the welcome communications.

The service was absolutely amazing and I was made to feel so welcomed. Everyone was so thoughtful which I think really separates the Four Seasons from other 5 star hotels. I celebrated my birthday with a trip to Jakarta and was tossing between a few hotels and so glad I decided on the Four Seasons. They made me feel extra special on my birthday! Not to mention the hotel itself is gorgeous and in a great location and feels very safe. Definitely recommend!!

Excellent staff, central location, nice hotel

The room was excellent. I did not receive an upgrade because I was at the highest room category. The staff at the hotel were simply delightful and very eager to ensure I had a great stay. This is a great hotel and this is aided by wonderful staff overseen by the room's director who ensured that my stay was memorable

The Four Seasons staff was beyond professional and helpful; living up to the Indonesian reputation for friendliness. Concierge staff (Nova) went above and beyond to walk us to the ATM located at the business center next door. Additionally, she worked with the bar manager to help locate a specific Indonesian liquor that is unavailable in the US. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy fine desserts in the Patisierre. Be sure to inquire about their hours because they close earlier than other dining facilities. Wednesday evenings offers a satay special and live music. We enjoyed the dining on the top floor (Alros) and sat outside which coincided with the evening Isha prayer at the mosque across the street. The 20th floor provides spectacular views of the bright lights and traffic below. The patio off the fine dining restaurant also gives parents an opportunity to enjoy an evening out and provides an area where children will not disturb adult diners indoors. The staff will go above and beyond to make every guest big and small feel welcome.The pool area will provide privacy to enjoy a low key luxury dip in n cool waters. Escaping Jakarta’s socioeconomic disparity is impossible and is the reality.Take a moment to observe the dichotomy of the urban homes behind the hotel; separated by a river and a lush urban forest. Watch closely as guards place money in buckets at the river to shuttle across to buy homemade snacks. Our room was spacious and luxurious but the experience was even better

most amazing stay , we arrived late after midnight with our sleeping child , they where so nice , had us check in , inside the room his bed already waiting for him , everything about the hotel is 5 star , the spa , the pool and the breakfast was amazing ,

Four Seasons Jakarta is an Amazing hotel - nothing less. Expect the best a hotel experience can give you, and you have Four Seasons Jakarta. This is the best hotel experience I have ever had, and that doesn’t say less. I will come back to Jakarta, and I will always be staying at Four Seaons Jakarta.

Arrived on sunday. Dont arrive on sunday. Hotel restaurant open until 2000, last order 1930. Only one restaurant open, the better one closed on sundays. The main bar closed on sundays. We were planning a celebration but had to take our party (and money) to an outside restaurant as we did not plan to stop at 2000. Also the breakfast buffet was very limited, not at all to 5 star american hotel standards. More like a 3 star country hotel in Europe. The staff though were very helpful and friendly.

The quality of the hotel was pretty bad, is very old and looks like they are not trying to improve anything. The room was small and the condition of the facilities were really bad. The breakfast was not good at all, the minimum cleanliness we expected (even more because of Covid-19) was not reached. After one night and less than 18 hours in the hotel we decided to leave it and find something better (no matter our reservation didn’t allow us to get a reimbursement). For sure a hotel we don’t want to visit again ever!

Starting off with the front desk: walked in the hotel, a lady came to me and led me to check in, very friendly, service was excellent, well mannered and quick check in no fuss. Went to swim, need to book the pool first as they limit people in there nowadays. Kudos to the people working at the pool area, they saw me coming offered to help me in setting up my cabana with towels right away, and also served water and a new mask. Next day had breakfast at palm court outdoor area, service was relatively prompt as the buffet is now closed and we had to order ala carte from a menu. One thing to note tho, the breakfast was just ok and most stuff were ready made so not the most fresh or hot when it came ( other than omelette ). It is also halal so no pork in the menu. In room breakfast is available too. The room was spacious, well designed, and clean.The spa is still closed but gym and pool were opened. Would recommend this hotel if you are really looking to just chill in the hotel and room ( alto restaurant recommended ) as there are no malls in the nearby vicinity. Bed was medium hard to soft, there was a pillow menu to choose from. Love that the bedroom bathroom and living room are connected thru a door so if you are looking to rest and your partner wishes to watch tv or take a bath, you will not be disturbed.
