Staff were really helpful and friendly

We were invited to a viewing in advance by an employee via WhatsApp. After we passed on our invitation details and received a gift as a thank you, we were already looking forward to our stay at the hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by the employee. First, we were asked about our income and it was determined that our income was too low for the presentation. You feel like a second class guest. We will definitely not book with Marriott again as we don't want to be treated like that again. For us, this is very bad service for our guests, being divided into rich and poor. We have traveled a lot around the world but luckily we haven't had to experience anything like this. Thank you Marriott Bonvoy. FYI, we wanted to clarify it with the hotel. Unfortunately the only answer was a standard excuse without an apology. A pity.

This was a return visit for us came in 2018 last time so for convenience returned received same room which was nice. Generally everything was good but it would be helpful if staff underwent some further training on customer service. Seems to be a trend if don’t understand or pretend not issue don’t get addressed. Very good hotel for our 3 children love the Pool.

Fantastic, well kept and beautiful hotel. Great facilities and several places to eat. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Everything is cleaned continuously around the hotel and housekeeping is very good. Probably the best hotel I've stayed in

The Marriot is a fantastic property, for couples or family. Great service and very clean. Super friendly staff, my kids loved the kids club and the staff. We will return next year.

Nice property but with a few negatives : - Pretty limited menu for a 5 Star. Not enough options - Restaurants close at 10 pm and last order is at 9.30 pm. Not great for a touristy place like Nusa Dua - Area around the property is also not great

Excellent hotel & staff. Beautiful tropical grounds and easy to walk around Nusa Dua, ride a bike, or get taxis to other parts of Bali. We loved our stay, the only downside is that smoking is unfortunately still allowed on balconies. This means if your sitting by the pool and someone starts smoking, you are breathing in the secondary smoke. There were only a few loungers near the restaurant where the balconies were not facing which was the only place you could be guaranteed smoke-free area by the pool where you were not inhaling other peoples cigarettes. If this could be changed to meet current health guidelines then I would not be able to fault the hotel. We had an excellent stay and staff were so hospitable & great with our kids, nothing was too much trouble.

Hotel facilities are excellent, but the service was poor. Every meal we waited at least an hour for & there were limited options nearby.

It was excellent stay for me and family. The room was great with many amenities, e.g. washing machine, kitchen and etc.. All the staffs were very friendly and great hospitality! Highly recommended and I will definitely come back to stay again.

Great resort. Pool was huge and our kids had a lot of fun. Restaurants/cafes are clean and have good food. Service was perfect. Close to a road that has restaurants so didn’t feel so confined in the resort. Apartment was big and beds very comfortable. No complaints about this hotel at all.

We have stayed in a 1 bedroom with leaving room and kitchen that was very well equipped. We could easily prep meals for our family there. The staff from housemaid, concierge, front desk and restaurant (Momo caffe) we’re supper helpful offering an execelent service all the time. The cleaning was and we have animal figures everyday :).

We found our stay at the Marriott to be absolutely fantastic. The staff were all amazing and friendly, the place was always well maintained and clean. The food was fabulous. The surrounding streets had some great restaurants and shopping as well. Special mention to Emma at the bamboo hut for her great activities with the kids

Stay was great - perfect for families, friendly staff, great facilities, good restaurants. I agreed to take part in the “no obligation” Vacation Club Indo presentation and have to say that I felt a little too pressured to sign up “on the spot” to a 36 year timeshare for tens of thousands of dollars. Not going to happen; but a good stay overall.

It was all perfect. We checked in to a 2 bedroom aparment and everything was provided from washing machine to dishwasher. It was perfect. Thank you housekeeping team for always leaving us a sweet note wishing us a pleasant stay. We indeed had a great stay

We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment for 5 nights. We're really satisfied with our apartment. It's clean, comfortable, wifi connection is good, location is good and service is good as well. Gym facilities and swimming pool also good. The apartment have washing machine and dryer as well. Our family really enjoyed staying in Marriott Bali Nusa Dua. We will stayed here again if we come to Bali.

We booked the 2 bedroom with Balcony. Wow! This resort is amazing! Everything you could need is in the apartment. The staff were all super friendly and accomodating. Huge pools and nice to have one in shady area by beautiful trees and gardens. The lazy river was fun for the kids and entertained for hours. Lots of activities available to enjoy. This is place we would love to come back to, a nice relaxed atomosphere. Extremely safe and guarded area. The breakfast has so much variety and very nice indeed. The only thing is you need to ask and book in daily housekeeping but still give this place 10 out of 10.

The hotel was perfect, the pool is big. The staff are very helpfull and friendly. The food is good also the kids palyground is extraordinary. One of the best hotel in bali.

A large resort, but beautifully laid out and not overcrowded. Easy access to the adjoining Marriott Courtyard resort for meals, bars and pool. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment - lovely and quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

well designed rooms with all the amenities in the kitchen & bathrioms. Great staff, pool and site layout. Regular shuttle to a beach 5 mins away. None of the tired bling of the expensive mega chain hotels nearby. Would def stay again.
