we stayed one night going and another night coming back from Kansas city to attend a funeral. There is plenty of parking by the entrance to unload. The desk clerk was friendly and helpfully told where to park right across the street for a couple of dollars. The hotel had a huge bar in the lobby that doubled as Starbucks in the mornings. Restaurant was also in the lobby. This hotel is next to the convention center and connects by an enclosed walkway. Downtown restaurants are very close and we could have easily walked except for the bitter cold. So we took an Uber. The room was nicely decorated, clean, with good linens and pillows. Everything in the room worked well, plenty of light and two chairs. Overall it was a good, comfortable stay.

Very good localization, good restaurants around.

The room was amazingly clean. All the staff that worked was very polite. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay at the downtown Hilton. Having the skywalk to get to the Wells Fargo arena was brilliant.

Limited parking available. Had to park on the street one night.

This hotel is all about extra charges. They want more than $4.00 for a 12 ounce can of coke. $28 for parking. They don’t have coffee out so you have to buy coffee. To greedy I will never stay there again.
