Amazing staff, very clean rooms, conference room was great to meet the team in. Breakfast was a little pricey and bar closed early, but overall, a great stay!

Loved everything about my stay. Great location with a nice walking path along by the river and lots of businesses within easy walking distance. Breakfast was delicious but a bit pricey for what you got.

The place is well located to shopping, food/bars, theater. Beds could have been more comfy kind of hard. One thing that was kind of annoying was check out was at noon and twice housekeeping knocked on our door. We felt rushed to leave felt kind of rude.

The hotel was very comfortable with good beds and soft sheets. There was safe and ample parking with tons of great food options and some interesting clothing stores. The only con was the water pressure. It was a trickle. Otherwise a great place to stop.

From the front desk to the cleaning ladies we met in the hallways. Everyone friendly and cordial. Always our favorite place to stay in the Askarben Village area. Such great area to wander around, free outdoor concerts and the farmers market is the best in the City on Sunday.

I asked for an iron and towels and was advised they would be dropped off. They never were. I picked up the towels from the front desk. The iron in my room had black stuff all over it. Had I not been paying attention I would have ruined my clothes. I made it work the first day. The next day I was delayed since the new iron never came. Housekeeping eventually replaced the iron because I left a note asking them to. Manager couldn’t adj my hotel rate since it was 3rd party. He did provide breakfast for my last day. I will need to stay in this hotel again and I hope the stay goes better next time.

Would be nice to be able to check in when you want and not have to wait until a certain time of day to do so!

I have stayed here a couple times when passing through Omaha. This hotel is always very nice and very clean. If you can get it for a decent price, it’s worth it. But when they raise the prices for holidays and weekends it would not be worth it. They do not have any extras and don’t serve breakfast.

This hotel was just OK, and I say that reluctantly. I actually LIKE hotels with smoother surfaces, simple furniture, etc., and the HGI has that. However, the bed was squeaky, had some kind of metal base, and this was an issue as my husband gets up several times in any night. Also, there was a strange wrinkle all the way down the wallpaper in a corner of the bathroom that indicated either poor repair or poor construction under the wallpaper. Breakfast was good, service was good, but these two things made this hotel a little discomforting.

I booked this stay weeks ago. When I arrived, I was told they were oversold and I had no room. They blamed me because I used Expedia. No one from the hotel or Expedia let me know beforehand. I don’t like how the Hilton manager handled the situation; he was very unsympathetic and dismissive. I had a negative impression of Hilton Garden’s approach to customer service and I have second thoughts about using Expedia as well.

Hilton Garden Inn Aksarben is a beautiful hotel located at a great area for walking to restaurants, shopping, and enjoying a beautiful afternoon outside in the sun. Staff is professional and courteous. Best breakfast ever. Only a few miles from the Astro live music venue of which I attended the Brian Setzer Rockabilly Riot Performance. Love the Hilton Garden Inn. PartyOnPeople.

It was nice. No complaints except the maid tried walking in at 9 am, but I should have put the do not disturb sign on. But it’s a great hotel very nice and clean

The place was nice upon arrival. The room were clean and nice. I felt that the beds were uncomfortable. I understand that it’s a hotel but there was constant noise like someone running around and jumping all night. Upon check in the ladies at the front desk didn’t seem friendly and didn’t provide us with any information of amenities or breakfast times.

Our stay for one evening was uneventful. The room refrigerator wasn't cooling as wellas I would have liked it but overall very clean room with comfortable beds.
The onsite restaurant was also good. The event Manager, Marlin, made chicken wings and they were served very hot and very tasty.

Check in was a breeze. At beginning, neighbors were noisy but things quieted down once quiet hours started. Staff is always friendly. Did not get a chance to visit the bar or breakfast area so cannot give feedback on these but will give it a try with the next visit because we will surely be back!

We had a kids bday party the rooms are small, tvs didn’t work and because I booked a room through hotel.com there was nothing they could do for me. I wouldn’t stay here again
