Nice clean room with all amenities needed. Great location for getting around the area as only minutes away from water ferries. Good for walking to St Marks Square and other places of interest. Great shopping area close by and huge choice of places to eat. Would return again without hesitation.

The room was fantastic, spacious and very comfortable. Still unsure why some hotels don't give complementary water. Breakfast is not available.

A very quaint property in a central area. The room was beautiful and quite big. The street it was located on was very picturesque. I would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful small traditional hotel away from the crowds but within walking distance of main attractions. There is a little Bakery a few minutes walk away which serves delicious pastries and coffee for breakfast. Hotel was very clean and in classic Venetian style. You could see the property was well maintained. A short walk from the Water Taxi so very convenient. Our room was situated on the 3rd floor and was really warm, bearing in mind it was early April. Air Conditioning worked but did not cool the room adequately so would be a sauna in the summer. Would definitely stay again but would ask for a room on a lower floor.

This property embodies the feel of Venice. Great location, clean, friendly and accommodating staff. We loved our stay here. I highly recommend it for anyone coming to Venice!

Lovely little hotel between St Marks and Rialto areas but tucked away from the crowds.

This hotel is both beautiful and centrally located! They offered to stay open late since our flight was delayed which was very kind. The room was very clean and the staff was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were great, helpful, easy to work with; the location for us was fabulous--about 3 minutes to main areas, yet quiet, comfortable in the room; not a room with a view type place, but a very nicely anointed room, very comfortable, and close and easy to get to major areas easily on foot (and by water taxi to/from airport or other areas)

This was a nice stay in Venice. We had a cute room with a little nook for tea. Just a reminder there were no stairs, but the staff was very helpful with bags!

The one thing positive was the cleaning lady. She was amazing and the room was very well clean. Anything was done to hell. I was a Gold VIP customer and the hotel, even though they had rooms available to upgrade, they did not. I only booked the hotel because they advertised VIP access, which in reality, according to their front desk, “they don’t offer it.” I felt a bit betrayed. That was strike one. Next, they didn’t have any even a lobby, bar or coffee machine on the room. Even for a drink you had to pay $10 Euros. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. They promise what they don’t offer. And you can do a lot better for your money in Venice. Do yourself a favor, book a real hotel, because this felt like a room front a house. Nice in pictures, not but a hotel at all!

I really enjoyed the room I received and the spacious bathroom. This is renovated building but bare in mind this is Venice, the floors are not even and there is no lift. The location is great, the boat stop when you come from the airport is just 2 min walk, also Piazza San Marco is only 10min walk.

What a lovely hotel! Family owned and run, building over 1500 years old (!), lovely decor that gives you a real taste of what living in Venice feels like! Oh, and the location is perfect, quiet but very close to all the major sights and links!

I arrived early when the reception wasn't staffed but was still welcomed and allowed to check in early. It's a beautiful building and close to the Vaporetto stop and one of my favourite squares - Santo Stefano which has a choice of bars/cafes and quality restaurants. The hotel is quirky and maybe not for everyone but I loved the style. All the staff were so polite and helpful. They were more than happy to store my luggage after checkout. I was surprised by the size of the room and bathroom, very big by Venice standards and beautiful furnishings throughout. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent check in. Fine room. Great rain head shower. Very quiet and convenient neighborhood. Be aware that there’s no elevator. Thankfully we were accommodated with a first floor room.

The Casanova Suite was stepping back in time to the 15th century Venice ( albeit with a very modern bathroom). A stunning, romantic room, and that is from a non romantic person.

Excellent staff, location and price. Highly recommended.
