The hotel was in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping areas. Friendly and helpful staff at reception desk.

It was a great hotel and area. The location was ideal for walking to the many restaurants and stores around. The only issue we had with the hotel was our bed being downsized. We booked a king suite and got a queen. We asked and were told that the larger rooms, like the one we booked, only come with a queen bed. Yet the smaller rooms come with a king. This would have been nice to know.

Exactly what I’m looking for as a business traveler. Friendly staff, excellent and clean facility. Excellent room with a desk, plenty of light and a large bathroom. Many dining options close by. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Friendly folks and clean hotel

Great room with kitchenette. Comfy bed. One small critique is that I hate showers with half doors, shower didn’t splash out too badly but I always feel uncomfortable when shower does close. Staff generally did everything they could to be helpful.

Over the top service. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was hot and ready every morning of the 9 days we were here.

Love the vibe and the cleaness of the building staff was very nice and professional I didn't like that the pool wasn't clean.

Size of the room with a couch and a kitchen plus a bedroom was nice.

The room was spacious and classy. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet wa very good with lots of choices.

I loved the dog friendly environment. I also loved the fire pit area. Breakfast and coffee was exceptional. Only thing I would add is a cover over the fire pit area to protect from morning sun.

We stayed for a two night stay, staff was friendly, the room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice, clean hotel, however, was told at front desk during check-in that the pet fee was $100.00 and non-refundable. There were no other available pet-friendly hotels in town on such short notice so I was forced to swallow the charge. There was NO mention of the amount of the pet deposit on the Orbitz listing page for this hotel, I looked extensively before finalizing the booking. I regularly pay $25-$30 non-refundable fees or much higher refundable deposits, but I have never experienced such an exorbitant and totally undisclosed amount before. When I complained to the gentleman checking me in, his only response was "well its still cheaper than what you would have had to pay to board your dog somewhere for the night." I feel this is a very deceitful and extortionist fee as the hotel must know that most customers will end up paying it instead of hassling with getting 3rd party booking refunds and hunting down alternative lodging options at the last minute. Bad business practice. Do better.

Check in 3 pm. Areival 330 pm. Our room was not ready. They didnt have it cleaned. We had to wait for them to clean it. Logan offered water and popcorn and a less expensive room with no refund was offered. The hotel was a 9 of 10 on being clean. Bring a clip or use one of their coat hangers to close curtains or your room will be bright. We also used one of their extra blankets to help block out light from the bottom of the short curtain thats sits on air vent. Not a bad place to stay, our personal experience waa just not a good first impression

We had a wonderful stay! The front desk couldn’t have been friendlier. Our room was clean and totally equipped with all of our basic needs. The gym was super clean and perfect for a quick workout in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel for the price!
