clean and convenient hotel

The staff was very accomodating! We arrived early due to an early flight and even though it was too early, the staff tried their best to provide us the earliest room possible. They are also very informative and was able to provide many suggestions and instructions to make our stay more comfortable. Gotta say, the biggest selling point is the staff. Amazing staff and great service.

Great location, walking distance to the subway stations and attractions. The staffs are very friendly. The rooms is clean and smells good, we enjoyed our stay . Definitely will book again next time when we visit Hongkong

Clean, modern, efficient service and the expanded view is a plus. Rooms tend to be smaller but sufficient, not suitable for business travelers, though perfect for leisure travel. Would be great if the A/C volume can be turned down.

Nice hip boutique hotel with international travelers in a convenient location for my purposes. I had an extended stay so got a good sense of the hotel and the neighborhood, which was safe and had diverse local restaurants from Chinese, western, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean and Middle Eastern. The rooms are very small but they are modern and clean. My room also had a nice view. The staff are all young and friendly, unlike some places in HK that can be very rude, so it was nice to call it my home away from home.

The property is newer but I don’t think it was worth how much a paid. But good enough despite the area.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located, 10 minutes walk to MTR, a block away from eateries. The hotel is located in a quiet location, staff is friendly, never had to wait long for the elevator. The bed is extremely comfortable, shower pressure is solid. The room is very clean and comfortable. The only negative is we stayed on the second floor, we were not bothered by regular car noise but there was always one loud motorcycle or ambulance that woke us up middle of the night. We asked for a higher floor but the hotel was not able to accommodate us. They told us all the family rooms are located on the second floor.

Very good hotel

Easy to reach location by cab from Kowloon station. Staff was super friendly to offer restaurant tips and the 4g pocket wifi was great for our one night stay. Very nice coffee shop in the lobby. Minor nitpicks but more storage/surfaces in the room, having some travel adaptors on hand (we had gotten used to not needing them in China which often had universal electric ports), and a proper bathroom exhaust fan would have been nice to have.

Great location. Close to PolyU. As good as expected. The entrance was a bit hard to find at first.

Pleasant sterile hotel. Found hotel room cold and could not reset temperature, housekeeping provided us with a heater. No kettle, water filter coffee machine that did not boil properly for tea, so tasted bad. Reception cafe/bar closes at 5pm so no facilities on arrival in evening.

I like the vibes of such boutique hotel. My high storey room faces the sports club which had good unblocked full glass window view into Jordan and beyond. It is close to the eateries at Jordan and at Tsim Sha Tsui, and walking distance to Jordan MTR station and the bus stops along Nathan Road. There is a green minibus serving along Austin Road which brings passengers to the West Kowloon District Area and Hong Kong Coliseum (Hung Hom). I like the room amenities such as the toiletries (Appelles), Marshall speaker. There is also collaboration between Kapok at Page Common cafe area which is some nice browsing for customers.
