Great when visiting the University!

Overall, the rooms are clean and in good order/condition. Some further attention to cleaning is necessary (hair in the shower, bathroom floor looked a bit unclean). One issue is noise. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and every night there was an issue with noise from the guest(s) above me. It's not so much about them being noisy, more about there is not enough sound insulation between the floors. I was awoken each morning by either a heavy-footed person walking around or by children running back and forth in the room above me. The other area of improvement necessary is the breakfast. The omelettes are overcooked and the scrambled eggs seemed like the powdered type. No actual cream for coffee is also a negative. Not everyone likes flavoured Coffee Mate in their coffee. The property is tidy and the staff are friendly, which helps make up for some of the shortcomings.

The Both Manager were Awesome. Breakfast was good . Coffee was fresh. I enjoyed my room!

Everything was excellent. The bed was comfortable, the TV was big and had good images quality.

Very comfortable bed pillows in a very clean room. Breakfast however was out of coffee at 7:15 am ! Also out of bacon. They did brew more but it took a while.

When we had trouble with our tv, the gentleman at the front desk was up to our room in 5 minutes and fixed it.. Was very friendly and helpful! Also, one of the housekeepers (I wish I knew her name) was also very helpful and personable. Our daughter is just starting school at UMich and we will be staying here again!!

Tv didn’t work, pillows had a bad odor, breakfast buffet was average.

Room was not ready at checkin ..finally got to room and it was wrong room… Asked for room to be serviced and all that was done was a change of bath towels. A random man knocked on door he said oh they told me this room was unoccupied. Called front desk for wash clothes they told I need to come down and get them asked for conditioner never recvd.

The perfect, clean overnight stay on our roadtrip. Will return on our way back!

Facility was excellent and seemed brand new, Check in went great and had zero issues throughout the stay. Great location as well. Would definitely stay here again for the price!

The smoke detector light strobing all night was bad and apparently normal for this facility. Shower door frame looked old and tired. Bed and linens were good

Reserved a 2 Queen bed handicap room on line. Could only get a king size bed handicap room. Dog food in the closet, smelled so bad could not use it. Overall the room was dirty. Very disappointing.

It was a great stay. The room was clean, the staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Check in and out was quick. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was nice. Would have given excellent rating if it would have had a hot tub.

We could not even stay at this hotel. Went there, but left right away after visiting our room, and then looking at a second room. Spent another two hours finding another hotel, and trying to cancel this one. The room was not clean. Mold in the bathroom. Boot prints were on the tile floor in the bathroom too. Really can’t say I’ve ever considered such a dump to stay in. And at this point they are not refunding my money. We shall see.

The hotel was lovely the breakfast was delicious the pool was absolutely freezing. My water loving kiddos gave it a hard pass.

No bathtubs. Also, my toilet seat was broken, a support was missing.

Everything was as described. Spacious room with everything we needed. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again when back in Ann Arbor.

Nice staff & clean rooms

Everything was perfect.

While the service was excellent, I had booked this hotel because it stated queen size beds. They only had double size beds. I was disappointed as we eliminated another hotel because it had double size beds. I'm very disappointed with this misrepresentation.

New and clean hotel

We arrived at 8:30pm and weren’t sure we were in the right place because no outside lights or signage were on at all. We assumed it must be right because of the map. Then when I went to check in, nobody was there for 10 min or so. No bell or phone or anything. In the morning, all the lights were on. Super weird.

Was quiet and room was nice. Close to the Unverisity. Was clean and close to alot of places.

Overall a goid experience Highly recommend
