The hallway to the room was super hot and smelled like mildew the room was hot and had only one bed we booked two beds we didn’t even put our luggage in the room we left immediately told the desk we needed two beds she said that’s what they had for us so I told her not to charge my card she that we would find somewhere else to stay my card was charged we didn’t stay there any and I’m having to dispute the charge on my carc

The hotel is very dated. Had a musty spell once you entered the hallways. Room had a musty spell, a/c is extremely loud in the room and floors were dirty. Spent one night but will not stay there again.

Hotel was quiet, AC was incredibly loud all through the night.

The property was nice and the rooms were nice as well. The only things is the pool was dirty with napkins and things floating in it and was foggy. The staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. And they don’t offer breakfast in the morning. So it was ok. Wouldn’t really stay again

Driving up to the hotel was challenging. It is dark and no signage anywhere. The hotel smell stale. The lobby and eating area were semi-decent. The room walls were dirty. The walls had dried brown fluid on them. The beds were clean. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed because there were clothes tags on the floor. The bathtub was disgusting!!! It was an old tub with rust around the drain and build up limescale around the spout and drain leaver. We walked into the room and it was warm. The A/C was set on 64. We turned it down to 61 to no avail. The peephole had paper stuck in it. The inner door was scuffed up a paint was missing. Some of the walls needed patching and the room needs to be repainted. I slept with my clothes on, on top of the covers, in case something happened because there were young kids running the hall at 10:30 pm. There were 3 people working on 3 cars in the back of the parking lot. They had a U-Haul full of tools, the cars were jacked up, and there were parts everywhere. Wonderful Stay at the LeBossier Hotel and Event Center in Shreveport-Bossier I recently had the opportunity to stay at the LeBossier Hotel and Event Center during my visit to the Shreveport-Bossier area, and I was very pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist greeted me warmly and made the check-in process quick and easy. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I was impressed by the value, as the price I paid was very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodations and the hotel's convenient location. I was able to easily access the nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions in both Shreveport and Bossier City during my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was seeing the LeBossier's impressive event center. The space was beautifully designed, and I can imagine it would be an excellent venue for hosting any type of event. If I have the opportunity to plan an event in the Shreveport-Bossier area in the future, I would certainly consider the LeBossier as a top option. Overall, I would recommend the LeBossier Hotel and Event Center to anyone visiting the Shreveport-Bossier region. The combination of friendly service, comfortable rooms, and the impressive event facilities make it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. I look forward to the possibility of staying there again on a future trip.

When we got to the hotel it already looked a little sketchy. I went ahead and checked in. We went to check the room before we unloaded anything. As soon as we walked into the side door there was plaster on the floor. When we got to the room my wife said we can’t stay here! Thanks to hotels.com for understanding and accommodating us!!!

There was a dog a few rooms down that kept barking and yipping. Just ridiculous.

This is one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The walls were dirty. The room and the hotel smelled like mold. There was food wrappers on the stairs the entire time I was there. And the staff was super rude.

The stair well and halls had an unpleasant smell but not in the rooms. The floor in our room was wet the whole time, assuming this is from the air conditioner. The staff was super nice and had our paperwork and keys ready so all I had to do was sign when i arrived for check-in.

Room was so filthy. Bathroom was the worst.. sink didn’t drain and backed up with sludge. Tub and floor disgusting. Stairs going to 2nd floor had not been cleaned in a looong time. Just literally gross. I took my Grandchild (11) yrs old and she had a meltdown because she was so uncomfortable with the dirty bathroom. We left less than 2 hours after check in. It’s an older motel but even so minimal effort given to clean anything. The blow dryer was beyond filthy, light switches and doorknobs may have never been wiped off. Wasted 103$ but could not get past the filth so we left.

Lobby area was nice! Desk clerk acted like he could/should not be bothered with having to check me in. The bathroom in the room was nasty, the carpet was sticky, the coffee pot did not work! First it was not pluged in, and when we plugged it in it still did not work! But the really scarry part was, as we were just lying down, there was a very loud aggressive knock on our door and my husband jumped up and opened the door (we were expecting a pizza deliver). The girl that was there, looked surprised that someone was in the room, but then just said " just checking to sre if needed towels or anything". It was just unsettling! My overall impression was very, very negative! If we had not been exhausted, I would have never stayed here!

Cockroaches in room

My husband and I booked with this hotel in Bossier City, LA. We were a little disappointed with the condition of the building and room. The bathroom had stains in the bathtub and on the ceiling tiles. Actually, the beds were very comfortable. Normally, the outside entrances of the building are locked, but none worked. We made sure to park in the front with most of the vehicles for fear of break ins. We did not feel safe. The whole hotel needs a complete remodeling.

Check in was fast, friendly and great. There were a few other tenants up late outside with loud music and noise. However, the indoors and hallways were very quiet. The ice machine by our room didn’t work. The parking lot was terrible full of potholes. You can tell that this hotel used to be great years ago, but definitely needs lots of updating and exterior cosmetic work. We saw 2 baby roaches in our room. Overall descent stay but not a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is a bit outdated. But other wise a nice hotel. The only thing that i have to say is that we came in a room after a dog and the floor had poop in the corner. We let the hotel staff know and they took care of it. We will come back in the future

Was surprised about the hotel wasn’t what I expected…pictures gave a different impression…but was very pleased with the environment once I settled in.

AL THE FRONT DESK ATTANDANCE WAS NICE TO CHECK ME IN EARLIER THAN REQUIRED. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Started off rocky, the clerk stayed on a personal call while checking me in. Her cell phone was on the speaker. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. Next, my door key didn’t work the first time. The clerk just made a new key, but turns out that the problem was with the lock. I tried to advise her that may have been the issue beforehand. The room was somewhat clean and comfortable. Did feel safe in that area. Good location. Right off the hi-way. The breakfast was pretty good. Real food. Price wasn’t to bad. The next day, did have another issue with the key not working. Was told that having the room key close to my cell phone would affect the key programming. All and all, Would stay again.

The most disgusting place I have ever stayed at black mold everywhere, bad customer service, place is dirty, lighting is terrible, and mysterious stains everywhere. DO NOT GO THERE! Go get a Hilton there in Shreveport.

very nice hotel with friendly staff, a wonderful breakfast & close to Tinsely Ball Park

We will never stay at the LeBossier. Room smelled, bathroom dirty, bed not comfortable, carpet dirty ( wore socks and had to throw them away). If it wasn’t so late, after midnight, I would have went elsewhere, but that late and no vacancy around, due to concert that night, had no choice, but checked out at 830 am!

Nice place ugly area

When we checked in (and we were very tired) someone had reserved a room with one bed and I had asked for a room with 2 queens. I have my confirmation and it is correct. The clerk was not nice at all but we called expedia and hopefully we will be refunded . Called around and got the room we needed at a Holiday Inn and it was super!!

Very dirty. Bathroom not cleaned at all. Hair in shower and toothpaste splashed on mirror. Smelled bad. A/C was good. Decent TV.
