Nasty and very unsafe had to call police to break up fight in the parking lot at our car only there 1 hr packed car back up and left

Room was not clean, then we saw the roaches. Management said they could not help us because it was a privately owned room. I had paid up-front for the whole stay ,never do that, it is the worse thing you can do. the bed had brown stains on the mattress which I assume were the result of bed bugs.

Very nice view and stay overall. My only issues were the smells in a section of the condo. Moldy mildew smell, but we understood and had a great time nevertheless. Elevator area smelled ad due to humidity. And elevator use was a slight issue due to a malfunctioning elevator. I don't want to complain. Just want to let other's know the few minimal issues.

The washcloths were dirty with hair stuck n them. Overall pretty nice.

The best thing about this property was the view. That is basically what you are paying so much for. The room and bedding has sand everywhere. They give you brooms but no dust pan. I asked housekeeping for toilet paper and they gave us one roll. The elevators constantly had a problem and only one was working. The people who stayed in the hotel were dirty and left trash outside, including beer cans, water bottles etc. It's really a shame because this property has so much potential with the right people running it. I would not stay here again.

Kitchen sink isn't mounted to the countertop, found a dirty rag down the disposal, bedroom A/C runs in short spurts & needs to be looked at although kept the condo very cool & comfortable. Could use a mirror above the long dresser in the bedroom & a full length mirror would be nice. Lighting above bathroom mirror isn't very bright. Downfall is there is no on site dining here. Wrist bands are required by the pool but we were the only people to be approached when walking in our street clothes when checking out the pool area asking where our wrist bands were. Lots of people by the pool most days with no wrist bands and nobody monitoring. No bathroom by the pool area which grossed me out, people are definitely peeing in the pool and not going to rooms to use bathroom. Smelled like marijuana very strong every day all around this whole condo area although no smoking signs everywhere. Wanted to cancel 1 or 2 nights and leave early to travel elsewhere but wasn't allowed. Did vacate early and was charged anyway. Overall decent condo, right price & great location on the beach and right on the strip if this is what you are looking for. The bed is very comfortable!

We liked that we was close enough to walk to the boardwalk with all the shops and restaurants and we was oceanfront with a spectacular view. We had enough linens for our stay we would definitely stay here again

The condo was great. It's not the newest and best property but the condo was clean, quiet and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only complaint was that the bedroom TV was a smart TV with terrible wifi connection so it was completely unwatchable with constant freezing. I'd stay there again in a heart beat. Please keep in mind that the condo's and room are completely different entities! When reading these reviews, I noticed that the rooms are horrible. They have nothing to do with the condo's.

The room was nice and modernized. It was very spacious for the size.

Very nice location, awesome views but the room needs some TLC, dirty carpets, spring mattress broken and very uncomfortable, there was mold in the walls front room.
