The gentleman at the frontvdesk was pleasant and helpful. He made sure we were checked in and gave us info about the bus to the city. He made us laugh and enjoy our time at check in.

All www great with exception of the towels! I thought they were hand towels! Need better towels for shower/ otherwise all good!

While the room was spacious and the handicap bathroom was spacious, the furniture (chair, couch and bed) was not comfortable nor was it suitable for people needing handicapped accessibility. Bed was too low and too soft. Sofa was hard and chair was not very cushioned. Breakfast was delicious.

We stayed at this hotel in July, decided to stay there again because we were very happy with our stay. This night was so different Did not sleep one bit. The air conditioner vibrated the entire night and the mattress was so uncomfortable. The rooms are clean and very spacious. So its a shame that we experienced such a bad night.

At first we were thrilled with the room. However, when I went to get into bed and pulled down the blankets, all I could smell was urine and it was STRONG. We ended up having to share a bed that didn’t smell. It was too late for me to wake up and have my child move rooms. I’m very disappointed.

Decent stay, good location. Coffee seemed to be available only at breakfast. For the price, definitely should not be nickel and diming guests for parking.

The hotel was very clean and the room we booked was enormous. For breakfast, there was a lot of choice for food. The only downside is the number of toaster available (that work).
To get to Manhattan we were lucky the bus was free that weekend, otherwise there’s a fee of 6$ per trip.

Easy and efficient public transportation to Times Square. Wonderful proximity to American Dream. A very quiet hotel, could not hear neighbouring rooms.

Very clean, staff were friendly! Love that they have an outdoor seating with the fire pit. I was able to sit out there and have a couple drinks with my husband. It was very nice! I would come back. Rooms are super spacious as well. Very close to American Dream Mall.

Property was great and room was spacious. The only issue was charging guest for the parking with stay, when parking lot was half empty.

In one of our room the shower piece fell on my granddaughter.
In my room they had to come up and plunge the bowl.
The people were very friendly but it took a good 20 minutes to get someone up to my room.
Then some worker just walked in my room to change the sheets but we were there and no one asked them to

There were some things not stocked at the breakfast that my children would have preferred (chocolate milk, apple juice didn’t work for the 2 days we stayed there). Pool hours end a bit too early to enjoy it after our daytime activities. Our children aged 3 and ) cried because the pool closed right when we got back from supper

I didn’t like that you had to pay for parking. I loved the location though it was very close to the American Dream mall.

The customer service was good. Our room was clean. Also, it was very close to the American Dream mall. I didn’t notice any food places near the hotel though, so I would keep that mind.
