I never showed i became sick before hand

New facility. Very clean. Quiet comfortable room and beds. One entrance near our room did not function. Room light switch system was a little wonky. Overall a great stay.

Cheaper than most at the time we stayed. Not enough hand towels. No breakfast. Not any channels on TV only 1. But over all very good.

Friendly reception, beautiful lobby, very clean. Breakfast is minimal, muffins and granola bars. Got a great price for quality of hotel.

Very interesting. I grew up in the area and was disappointed on the front desk hospitality. I couldnt hear the explanation of ammenties or where they were. Would I try them again, probably. We all deserve a second chance.

Most horrible staff and check in experience in 40 years of traveling worldwide. Arrived at 12 and was asked to come back at "around 3" since the room wasnt ready. No problem Went to eat and came back at 2 45. The lady at the desk told us that check in was at 3 and we had to wait. I asked to start the registration and it would be 3 by then. She replied that check is at 3 and the room is not ready. Its 2 50 now. I told her that there's only 1 car in the parking lot, the hotel is empty and 4 hours should've been enough to clean our room. She raises her voice and infoms me that check is is at 3. I asked to have reservation canceled and payment refunded. She refused multiple times. Then she grabbed the keycards and threw them at me. I made it clear that she was rude. Her reply was "I threw the cards at you because you are rude". I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager. I asked for her name and she refused. I asked for cancelation and refund but she refused again. At the elevator, we met the only other guest in the hotel. We asked him and he told us that he checked in early and had no issues.

Great room, the only downside (if you can call it that) was that breakfast was slim pickins, but 5/5 overall

Great stay… good amenities like cigar humidor and balcony to enjoy. The one big draw back is the breakfast set up (just pre-packaged muffins and bad coffee). The hotel is fun with great decor.

Great place to stay! Very cool atmosphere, there wasn’t a warm breakfast available, but there were some muffins, coffee and breakfast bars.

Overall this is a clean hotel. Breakfast is muffins and bars only. When we checked in I gave the front desk the card I wanted to be charged and it seemed like she was entering it.She asked no questions and gave us the hotel cards.I noticed the wrong card was getting charged I went to the front desk.First she said there was nothing she could do since it was through a third party, but then she said she could try. She did end up getting it fixed but I think if she would have just checked this could have been avoided. The gym or fitness area is not worth going. It has only some machines for walking and two cable machines. The machines were outdated. The cable equipment was damaged and you couldn’t use it. On the last night we stayed it was raining all day and then it snowed. When we came back we noticed the window curtains open and a bucket on the ledge.The area around the window trim was leaking and that was right above the AC/heating unit.We told the front desk we did not want to be liable for that in case something happened to it, and we would want to be able to use the unit in the room because it was cold in the room since it was off from the leaking.They offered to give us another room but when we checked it out that room was also leaking.We stayed in the same room and went to sleep.A couple hours later the power shut off and from that time till we checked out there was no power. The hotel needs to focus on spending where it counts and not just looks
