Convenient to Raleigh without the crowds and traffic. Friendly customer service attendant. Slippery shower floor however be forewarned.

It was perfect. We stayed 2 nights for a surprise birthday weekend for my boyfriend. The room was very modern and stayed cool which is a plus for me! Also the shower was clean and great water pressure! I would stay here again.

Quiet, clean room. I did miss having coffee and breakfast available in the morning. Starbucks in the lobby but I don’t care for Starbucks.

Great hotel, very clean and the gym was nice. Could use newer equipment. Only downside was there was no consistent maid service, after our first night no one came to clean or replace our towels, but we asked the front staff and they were able to help us.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Check in reception was excellent and discussed property features. The Hungarian bartender was most knowledgeable on mixed drinks using fresh ingredients. Would definitely stay again

Staff while checking in was good, nice interaction. 2 used tissues left under sink in room bathroom. Room was nice other than that. Some trash left in halls from guests. In the morning, after paying $40 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees, you would think the lady behind the counter would have an once of happiness. Nope. Horrible customer experience at 9am
