Room was great, hotel itself overall was excellent. Was not thrilled with the check in experience as our room door was latched shut when we arrived (couldn't get into our room for 30-45 mins) and had to wait for staff to remedy the door latch. Parking could also be explained much better and the parking zone in front of the hotel was insufficient for the peak rush.

The Dorian is a remarkable and unique property. It has beautiful art which makes it so unique and interesting as well as all the amenities of a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful decor, Beddings are excellent. Toiletries are high end brand name Aesop. Love the roomy shower room and the robes! Would love to stay another time.

Wasn’t blown away by this hotel. The rooms were nicely decorated but small and there weren’t many dining options or amenities. The only parking options are valet or a pay by the hour public parking lot. The hotel forgot to charge us for valet parking and retroactively charged our card a month later without any warning. Would have appreciated a phone call before they charged our card for the second time. Also witnessed the manager yelling at a staff member at the front desk. Not worth it.

Lovely modern hotel with lovely decor and comfortable bed. Check in staff were friendly and check in easy. Hotel can be reach by airport shuttle. Easy walk to the centre which was quite lovely in the evening.

I have always really enjoyed my stay at the Dorian, which is why i always return. However this stay, the service was less than satisfactory, which was disappointing. Hoping they were just having an off weekend. Will still return to see if it continues.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dorian! We arrived 15 minutes after our check-in time and our room wasn’t ready. We were okay to wait, thinking it would only be another 10-15 more minutes. But the wait kept prolonging, and we had dinner reservations to get to. The staff were incredibly gracious and apologetic, and offered complimentary drinks and did their best to get us a room as fast as they could. It may be because it’s a long weekend and different festivals going on.
