The home is lovely and well equipped, but the back yard is beautiful. This was a work trip for me, but in the evening sitting out under the trees with a glass of wine returned me to a peaceful place.

Wonderful experience. Well stocked with coffee and wine so we were all happy campers. There were Rolly Polly bugs in green bathroom and front room also dining room. They didn’t eat much and were quiet but you may want to get sprayed.

It was so nice clean fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We loved the decor all the extra touches were so spot on. We felt right at home. We will stay here again for sure.

Fabulous two night stay at this lovely home. It was well located for everything we wanted to do. The home was a beautiful blend of decor that fit the home’s era with modern conveniences and comforts. Incredible attention to detail with thoughtful touches abounding. The oversized backyard was a delight. A few minutes on the swing hung on a giant tree branch and I was truly “on vacation!” We had 3 adults and a small dog - but it could easily fit a few more. Highly recommend!

We were in Waco to visit family for the weekend and chose the place largely in part due to proximity to family and the back yard. Our kids (3, 2, 4 months) LOVED the backyard. The weather was nice so they played in the treehouse and on the swing every day we were there.
The house was charming and perfect for our family. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They thought of all the details. The home was even decorated for Christmas and so cute! We especially appreciated the Nespresso machine each morning! Thank you for a wonderful experience and look forward to staying here again next visit!

We had a great time at the property. The host is so hospitable with little extras like bottles water, bottle of wine, and snacks, and more! We enjoyed a fire with the outdoor firepit one evening. It was very nice all around!

From check in to check out, everything was smooth. I love the ambiance of the home especially the distance to downtown is so close. Will visit here again in the near future.

Beautifully decorated and well appointed VRBO in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts supplied everything we could have possibly needed including coffee, snacks and bottled water. So appreciated that! Huge private backyard where we enjoyed coffee every morning. Hosts responded to messages immediately and offered great restaurant recommendations.

There were three girlfriends that have known each other for over 30 years traveling to Waco to experience the Magnolia shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved this house-one of the best we have stayed at! So many wonderful touches-Nespresso machine stocked, snacks, a bottle of wine and even homemade Kahlua. Thank you for an amazing place to stay and sharing your beautiful home with us! We had the best time and left with so many great memories.

Loved this house. So incredibly well stocked, above and beyond the norm (baby shampoo! dog shampoo! nespresso!). The backyard was huge and absolutely perfect for our two families, the kids loved the two swings, the bocce ball, and the tree fort. The parents loved being able to sit while the kids played. Highly recommend.

The house was just right for our family vacation! We enjoyed all waco had to offer from the zoo, the museums and the water park! The back yard was perfect for us to hang out and the kids to play when we werent running around town. The only thing i can think of as a con is the drive way is not made for vehicles that sit low. In my wifes mini van we had to go really so so maybe we would scrape the bottom. Over all, excellent place, cant want to visit again!

We had a big group of 8 and never felt crowded. It was so cozy and clean. Debbie’s place was stocked with everything we needed and more! They thought of everything! The place was so clean and welcoming. We will most definitely be staying again in the future. Would recommend!

I fell in love with every room in the house. The back yard was so big and charming. The first morning there were cardinals everywhere. We found lots of goodies to snack on. Each room had everything you would need.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! It truly felt like home. We didn't feel like we had to be going all the time so we cooked and spent time together a lot. If we go back to Waco we will definitely be booking this house again if available!

We had a blessed time together enjoying all the amentities of home - even those I don’t have in mine! The only thing I couldn’t find was a potato peeler & a generous supply of bath towels & wash clothes. If you enjoy an extremely firm bed, you will sleep well, if not, you’ll get accustomed or be tired enough to sleep the next night.
All in all, we would recommend this quiet, bright, well decorated home to stay & enjoy Waco.

We all loved this house. We watched movies together each night. Everyone loved their bedroom. They were just what we needed. My granddaughter said everyday she loved her room. The backyard was great for us and the location. All four of us were very happy with the house.

The house was absolutely adorable! It was well decorated and equipped with many amenities. The beds were very comfortable as well. The backyard would be wonderful if youre staying in the cooler months.

The house was adorable! Very clean and the decor was beautiful. We felt welcomed because of little touches like snacks and activity coupons that the host thought of. The backyard was huge and fenced so it was perfect for our dogs. It has 3 bedrooms so there was plenty of room for our group of 6. It is super convenient to downtown and the zoo! This has got to be one of the best experiences I have ever had renting a vacation house. I hope to come and stay here every year when I come to waco for the piano convention!

Extremely clean and comfortable, we picked this place to gather as a family for Baylor’s spring graduation and it was perfect for us. Great accommodations, great kitchen and great back yard. The home is bright and cheerful and I was surprised how much room the home has. We lucked out with comfortable weather and enjoyed the back yard breezes in mid afternoon. Ten minutes to almost everything. Sweet and simple with lots of thoughtful extras.

We traveled from our home and stepped into our home away from home! This is such a beautiful home and so much thought and care is placed within this house. From the moment we walked in the front door, it is so very charming with such detail taken to the decor. Everything you could need is included. The backyard is spectacular and we enjoyed sitting outside every evening. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to visit in Waco, this is the PERFECT vacation home retreat! The house was perfect for the weekend! It was roomy, extremely clean and the backyard is amazing. It was conveniently located close to a park we wanted to visit and the concert venue we attended. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

We were in Waco for an event at the Convention Center. This property was less than 10 minutes to downtown and even closer to Cameron Park. The home is bright & cheerful with a lot of natural light and charming decor. Our hosts put a lot of thought into anticipating their guests' needs and we didn't want for anything as a result - coffee, snacks, bottled water, ample towels & bedding - everything was perfect! I highly recommend this property!

One of the homiest and welcoming places I’ve ever stayed! The hosts were extremely responsive and really went above and beyond. Perfect for our family (4 adults, 2 kids) to visit family in Waco for Thanksgiving. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more, and the place was immaculate!! The kids LOVED the swings and treehouse in the back, and the laundry/mud room leading to the backyard was perfect for crating our dog. We absolutely loved this house and will definitely plan to stay again!

Perfect stay for our Waco trip! All the amenities, host really pay attention to details. Host quickly responded if we had questions. Loved the backyard spaces. The house really is so charming. Close to downtown Waco, silos, farmers market and places to eat.
