The place was very roomy. Great kitchen! Loved all the bathrooms & tv’s in the bedrooms. Many steps! We had a great time!!

There were 24 members of our immediate family all together for a week. We didn't need quite this big of a house but this one checked all the boxes plus some. The pool is much bigger in person than the photos imply. It was very nice. There were 3 different levels of bedrooms so the "cool" people were on the bottom floor, the "old farts with no kids" on the main floor and families with 3+kids up on top floor...LOL. It was perfect. The kitchen had 2 of everything!!! 2 ovens, 2 refrig, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers!! Highly recommend this house. Location was perfect as well.

Every year our group gets together for a week to celebrate life. Our group met 12 years ago when our spouses were going through cancer treatments at the Proton Therapy Institute in Jacksonville, Florida. We are now all in our 70’s or 80’s and still loving life and have added a few friends along the way. This property was by far the cleanest, most well equipped property we have ever stayed at. There is everything you could possibly want already there to be used. The location was perfect and close to everything. I would definitely recommend this property for any large group. The pictures do not even come close to the look of the rooms or property! In person it is so beautiful and all new and clean and sparkly! This rental was 100% better than imagined even! We hope to stay here again in a few months. Perfect location, perfect hosts, perfect home. ❤️

We had between 30 and 36 people in this home for the week of Thanksgiving. This was the perfect house. The shared spaces were big enough for all of us, and the private rooms were comfortable for people when they slept or needed a break from the family. The appliances, flatware, dishes, pots and pans were in great shape and quite useful. The rooms were stocked with ample towels and paper products for our week's stay.
Melissa was great to work with and quite responsive both before the trip as well as while we were there in Branson.

We brought 22 of our church family to stay and go see Christmas lights in Branson. Every single person was blown away by this property. I’ve stayed at dozens of VRBO places but this was the best stocked of all of them. The heated pool was left open for us so the kids could swim. The hot tub was used daily with no issues. Plenty of towels, even full size bath/body products were in the showers/tubs. Beautiful property. Wonderful hosts. We will return.

The house was great other than the work that was still being done. Melissa informed us prior to us arriving and it was all good. Super sweet to deal with and the house worked out great for our group.

Beautiful property! House exceeded all expectations, location was perfect, management was outstanding with answering any and all questions about our stay. We look forward to returning to Branson and will choose this property and/or management to do business with again.

Perfect layout for a large group. They had everything you need covered, plus some. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was a major plus. Melissa was great to work with!

This was an amazing place to stay where all our family and friends got to be together under one roof. We didn’t need to go anywhere else because we had the pool, hot tub and all kinds of games for the kids. We loved that all the appliances where up to date and very nice. The fact that all twelve rooms had their own bathroom was a great hit. I would definitely recommend this place for large groups. The owner was on top of everything we needed to know.

The home is new, clean, spacious & beautiful!! The pool is to die for! I have never seen a private pool so large!! The hosts were awesome!! The dining table was large enough to seat everyone. Cookware was large enough to cook for the entire group. Melissa responded instantly any time we had a question. If you have a large group looking for a great place to bond, but also with enough space for personal privacy, this is definitely the place for you! We all loved this home!!!!

Perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen had all you could possibly need to prepare meals for 30+ people. The pool was wonderful! Everyone remarked on how comfortable the beds were. The floor plan was great in that it provided space for all to come together but also plenty of room to not feel crowded. Close to shopping and entertainment. All agreed that we want to return next year for our family reunion.

We stay at nice places each time we go out of town. This was our favorite! 3 levels, big rooms and great kitchen! Bunk bed room can sleep 12 alone!

Owners were staying at their place next door and were very responsive when we needed the lights on the back patio turned down.
This place feels like we are in the Ozarks but just 2 minutes away from the Branson strip. Great location and great house!

This property was perfect for our group of nearly 40. It had everything we could have asked for and then some. Everyone was amazed at the cleanliness of the house. Many of our guests had never stayed in a house like this. They all loved it and wanted more information about how to rent it in the future. Our every need was met!!!

Yhe house was amazing. It was spacious and well stocked with everthing we needed. We literally only need to bring clothes and food. The host.call to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed and rhe location was great, a short deive to all the attractions. I cannot wait until our.next.stay.

Great place to stay. No complaints. Host was responsive to all questions and concerns. House is in a great location close to Branson attractions. We had 33 people in the house. There was enough space to accommodate different groups to get together without being on top of each other.

We had a group of adults and high school aged students. The house was perfect and kitchen was nicely stocked to take care of all our needs. The host was very responsive and kind, taking care of any questions we had promptly. The location was very central to all the amenities we enjoyed over the weekend. I would highly recommend this property.

Loved this house! It was so well stocked with everything you will need. With most of the kids being grown the bed setup, with mainly king beds, worked so well for our group.

We rented the house for a family weekend in Branson. Once there it was quickly decided that we didn’t even need Branson, just the house. House is completely equipped with everything you would need for a stay. Kitchen was overloaded. Linen closests stocked completely. Even laundry detergent and full size toiletries in the bathrooms. Our favorite spot was being upstairs in the gaming area just hanging out. What a great house!!
