The staff were great and extremely helpful. In particular, we received a great level of support from Wahaj Afridi throughout our stay.

No front door key No water for a few hours and no hot water until we asked Gas went off at 10pm and was not advised it’s daily and gas bottle was empty Advertised as having 2 room with 2 double beds but only 1 , hence 2 people had to use floor mattresses in living room

The apartment is on the 5th floor, which was also the top floor. Great apartment that was exactly like what we saw in the pictures. The rooms were spacious and two families of 11 people it was Large apartment with four large and spacious bedrooms. The staff were very helpful in arranging breakfast. We would love to come back and highly recommend the place.

It was a bit difficult to find as the place is not very well signposted.

The staff there named Nomaan, Zakir and the security guard rahman were amazing they were welcoming us and always there to help us when we needed anything they even went beyond and did shopping, cooked breakfast and many more will definitely will be returning to this penthouse when I return to Pakistan

One room didn’t have an en-suite only bed no shower or bathroom. However bathroom was outside the room so wasn’t a big issue. The shower we had to share with another mate.

I live in Bradford UK, in my recent family trip to Islamabad Pakistan I have stayed in one of the Shelton Penthouse for 19 nights, we have absolutely enjoyed our stay, there is not a single complaint , everything was spot on, the location is central with easy access to Islamabad and Rawalpindi sadar,the room was spacious, beds were comfortable , the view from the penthouse was breath taking, the staf was very very helpful and cooperative specially Noman, Zakir , Qayom and others ,the management was always there for help at any time of need specially Arif khan. Over all Penthouse by Shelton is the best place to stay in Islamabad with family. I will definitely stay there again. It's a place highly recommended.

There was nothing which I didn't like.

The property look exactly as it shows in picture but it's not that clean specially washrooms. Cleaner is below average. I spend 4 nights but they don't even bother to change bedsheets

The property exceeded my expectations and was far bigger than I anticipated. All the staff from the manager all the way to the daily helpers were amazing and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.
