It was easy to find parking on the street
This property doesn't match the advertisement at all and has a lot of issues which make the stay very unpleasant:
- Not a 3 bedroom property, it’s 2 bedroom plus an uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge
- Oil smell in the whole house because of the tank in the enclosed back next to the kitchen
- Dirty carpets, smell of dogs, stains on furniture and walls
- Worn down overall: unhinged kitchen cabinet doors, dish cloth in front door lock, missing cupboard handles, loose light switch etc.
- No microwave
- No bed sheet provided for the sofa bed
- Garden doesn't look like the advertised picture which basically applies to all photos of the house
- The actual living space in the house is not nearly 140 square meter
- Uninviting small dining table
Wouldn't stay here again even if it was much cheaper but the actual quite high price feels like a rip off given the poor condition of the house.

Proprietari gentili ma casa arrangiata, molto sporca, odore forte di cherosene...la casa è troppo piccola per una famiglia...da ristrutturare.

The property was close to a local event we were attending
The property was absolutely not fit for rent out.
The front door has a normal internal door handle and has a cloth stuffed in a hole in the door instantly making you think this isn’t a great place. The whole place is run down, dirty and in need of a paint all over and new carpet. The floor was disgustingly dirty and the carpet stained and filthy. The walls were dirty and where there is panelling they are chipped and scored to bits. It advertises 3 bedroom and when we got there we were missing a bedroom. False listing. The back area which is photographed nicely was not fit for use. When we opened the back door there was a large pole in the middle of the door., shears, sprayers and other tools lying on the floor and the chair with the furniture stacked. The fridge was filled with someone else’s food so clearly hadn’t been cleaned out. Cupboard doors lying off, the sofa bed is fit for the dump and in general the worse place I’ve stayed. The owner seemed lovely when we spoke to him which is the only thing this property has going for it. £150 was extortion for what we had to stay in

Zeer behulpzame host, lokatie dichtbij OV en take away restaurants. Ruimte genoeg in het huis. Bedden lagen prima.

Lovely home, full of character, extremely warm which was very welcome coming in from heavy rain and cold. Great location right beside shops, restaurants and close to the centre.
Nothing at all, I had a fantastic stay.

The house was cosy and very comfortable. The heating kept the house nice and warm. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable with fresh towels and bedding. There was a very large amount of toys and games for children and families. The travel cot was provided as requested as well as a spare blanket and muslin cloth. The sofa bed was also comfortable as I sleep separately from my baby so it came in handy. The seating in the sitting room was lovely too. Great covered area outside too. There’s a cafe close by and plenty of shops on the street nearby. The street the house is on is nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. We were able to park directly outside on the street. We would definitely stay there again.
Nothing

The house is a typical terrace Belfast house in a quite street just off the Cregagh road. It was clean and tidy and had everything we could ask for - even a pack of biscuits with tea/coffee etc. Really decent wifi and comfy double bed. Room for a couple of kids with a set of bunk in the smaller back room. Got the code for the keybox the day before arrval. All as described and eay to access. Got parked just opposite and the street was fairly quite all be it on a Saturday nigh. We only stayed the one night and it was oly 15 minute to the Belsonic concert we where attending. Would use again
Based on my likes comments there wasnt anything to be negative about - it wa a lovely day weather wise so was a tad warm at night but there was a fan in the bedroom

A great place and wonderful location. Not too far from the centre of the city, but lovely and quiet. A nice place and excellent host! I would definitely book again if coming back to Belfast.

Tom was very obliging with a late check out and an extra guest. Close to city centre
Had issues regulating the shower and couldn't get the heating to work, so a bit chilly. There was an issue with lights downstairs but a lamp was provided.
3.5
Tom was very hospitable
He had got us milk, tea, biscuits and crisps
My children especially appreciated the biscuits and Pringles

Tom, the host. He tried his best to sort everything out.
Although he was very resolutive, there were actual issues with the toilet that made our staying a bit unpleasant and I feel I must say it. The toilet wasn't working properly (no flushing) and the shower didn't work which is a basic thing. He finally managed to give us a partial solution so that we don't score it lower thanks to that.

I traveled with 4 kids and we slept 2 nights in the house, which was cute, clean, welcoming, with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, the kids loved the bunk beds! Romantic little backyard with lights on the walls and raspberries. Lots of fresh towels, washing powder, books, the freezer was very good to have. Loved the coffee machine. Tom was really helpful, he recommended the Ulster museum which was brilliant!
The kids would have loved a bigger TV and Netflix.

Complete setup and facilities.

handy to shops, clean with a comfy bed.
The house is in a tight street with tight parking, the property itself was grand no complaints about it at all.
2.5
Close to the finish line of the marathon
It was lacking attention to detail on cleaning particularly and little details. Curtains were missing hooks, the curtains in bunk room were not proper curtains just a net one. It was advertised as 3 bedroom but it had 2 bedrooms and a fold down settee in the living room
4.5
Lovely snug homely, stay close to the city of belfast. Nice and warm, we didn't want to leave once we got settled in.
The beds were comfortable. Close to shops, cafes etc...would stay again!
Curtains in the bedrooms we a little thin, and the sunlight had us up early. Aside from that, our stay was perfect!
