Love the entire stay the bed is so comfy with lovely bedding lovely large shower and can see racing from balcony perfectly and the one staff member who was showing us where to park had a laugh with us and made us feel so welcome

it was very clean and the food was lovely. It was a lovely birthday night away and to be track side which was amazing. The shop was very cool as well. Phoebe who was serving in the bar was lovely and very efficient

The extractor fan in the shower is so loud. Luckily turns off at 9pm but comes on before 7am. There was some delays with the bar upstairs, phoebe seemed to be working alone as the other staff member with her was very slow, didn’t seem to know what he was doing and people were waiting 30-40 minutes for their drinks. When I checked in my room was wrong, I didn’t get track facing and the reception lady was very good she checked my confirmation and upgraded my room to what it should’ve been.

Good location being on the Silverstone track, great for F1 lovers.

No small touches in the room, didn’t have slippers or bathrobes. No water bottles in the fridge, no little toiletries like shower cap or cotton pads like most hotels have in the room especially for the prices. Missing out on the small touches, makes a big difference. The shower smelt like sewage on the first night. The hotel restaurant was horrendous, would not recommend eating there.

The hotel room was lovely - the best part of it was the balcony overlooking the race track and the room had air con which was needed given the weekend was 24Plus degrees.

Wasn't too keen that there was no proper bathroom just one door for the shower, and another for a small toilet area. The other small issue - the hotel did not accept cash.

Came here for my birthday as a massive motorsport fan! The view from the room onto the track was amazing. Food was basic but good, couldn't really go wrong! An overpriced stay, would only do it the once but that's all you need!

Very loud party that went on until 1am. Speakers was pumping through our room and me and my girlfriend couldn’t sleep at all. She is pregnant and hardly slept at all and today she felt very poorly in herself. We even missed the first few events that was happening on the track because we had to sleep in for longer as we didn’t go to sleep at a sensible time. If I knew there was a rooftop party then I wouldn’t have stayed. Or even if we was informed and then it got turnt down at 11pm then that would have been fine. But nothing. I wanted this trip to be a moment we’ll never forget for positive reasons but it’s not. Very please with everything else in the hotel but the rooftop party was way too much and ruined our time and our stay.

There was Private party on the roof of hotel. Which our room was directly below. We was not told when booking or checking in that this party would be playing very very loud music for long hours. Music was played until half 1 am in the morning. When we rang to ask how long the music would continue, we just told until early hours. Was very disappointed. Was very warm night unfortunately wasn’t able to open door as music was so loud. Air conditioning wasn’t working well. Uncomfortable night in the heart.

Any motorsport fan will appreciate the views over the iconic Silverstone track, so you're already onto a winner. However, the thing that really stood out for me was the service. Wesley, Natalie and Barbie went out of their way to make my time at the hotel comfortable and memorable.

I understand, given the location, that prices can command a premium. But the food and drink are expensive for what they are. I was at the hotel for 4 days and felt the lunch options were really expensive. This is countered by some great accommodation prices mid-week.

I honestly couldn't fault the hotel absolutely outstanding and to be upgraded to a trackside room free of charge was a delightful surprise to witness vintage cars roaring across the start finish line was just amazing truly a brilliant experience and would 100 percent be booking again soon

We messed up a bit and had to rebook because we had the wrong dates, but the staff were super-helpful about it all and even ungraded us because we had been so vexed. Louise on reception was a super-star.

Availability of proper decaf coffee in the restaurant and in the morning would have been much better. We ended up sitting in our room drinking sachet coffee rather than ordering in restaurant.

How clean and modern it was also how close it was too the silverstone Museum and porsche experience centre which I was going too over the weekend.

I know the car park ain't finished yet that's a bit off oooh where do I go for parking and is it safe but that wasn't a problem once worked out. Maybe some times the staff might want to be clear on details off prices for breakfast at check inn.

Rooms was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Service in the restaurant was poor, waited 1 hour 15 minutes between starter and main. Vegetables were overcooked, carrots were almost like crisps. Service at bar very very slow. Very difficult to find an empty table at breakfast.

The location was perfect, since I was attending an expo at the Siverstone Wing.

No hot water coming from my basin tap. Totally no running water so mentioned to staff when leaving. Very disappointed with the response, since I should have left it for 10 seconds to see if any water was to come out. Apparently we need to wait a while before seeing any water at Hilton hotels!!

location, next to Porsche Silverstone also the Silverstone track itself, very new and fresh. Pillows were super! Room was spotless, nice shower and hot water. The staff were extremely engaging and helpful. A very good buffet breakfast.

Car park is over hard core. The restaurant did not excite and so we did not use it, however, breakfast was excellent. Other than that I am struggling to pick fault with the hotel.
