Rooms were well sized

The car park was undergoing maintenance, at one point our car was stuck, the hotel didn't inform of this. The pillows were hard, it was reported but no one corrected this. Preference was given for non smoking rooms, got given smoking rooms however we were allowed to check the rooms and they were clean. Staff at reception were not very helpful, did not inform us ok the second day that there would be no buffet breakfast.

Last day there is no water in bathroom and they didnt able to fixed.

The staff was great, I trully appreciated reception help, Imane who was supporting with all the requirements. Good place to stay very helpful service!

1.Very dirty room not vacuuming well and i have allergy from dust 2.every where bed have stain and look very dirty very bad hotel 3. The freezer not working 4. lift is very slow i will not come again
