Staff at the front office and restuarants were very vordial and helpful

Cleaning wasnot good. Especiall the comode toilet . Didnt give a thoruogh cleanup. The cleaning was not professional The olets in the restuarants needs frequent cleaning

Breakfast was good. Location was a little far from cbd but it was what I was after. Easy to access by public transport and or taxi.

1. The room had a strong smell of smoke. 2. Staff didn't help with changing the room, they also did not care enought to investigate the issue. Despite my call to the reception 3 times. 3. First time I have seen a hotel has the shortage of toilet paper. 1.5 days without toilet paper and or tissue. I was not sure what was expected for guests to do. 4. We reveived 1 towl for 4 people. 5. The silver lid for the room service (fruit salad) had half dry katch up on it. 6. The staff at the concierge down stairs would make you feel very welcomed but at the reception everything they do is like they are doing you a favour. I.e my key card didn't work. I donot think it is unreasonable to reprogram the key card. Or ask for water that was supposed to be in the room anyways. I think hotel should provide room change or refund where the booking clearly says non smoking room

WiFi not good

Breakfast buffet was massive with a lot of options.

We were 4 of us in the room, but were given only 2 towels, had to request for more every time. The AC in the room couldn't be controlled for some reason, and hence felt a bit hot sometimes.
