I booked the room with window which cost is applied while room without window, cost is less. The room turned out to have a tiny 1 small emergency window which made the overall daylight too dark.

convince, close to Matro, easy to go everywhere I need to go. price is reasonable

there is no dining for lunch or dinner

The staff were nice and accommodated for our request to cancel the remainder of our booking.

The rooms were mouldy and outdated, and not a true reflection from the photos.

The location was great for my wife and son, as I was in town for the Taipei Marathon. It's very close to the MRT station and easy to navigate to and from. The breakfast was really nice as well. Everything was very clean.

The only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the room, it was very nice and comfy. However, there was a bit of a wet smell, which was most likely from the carpet. We are very understanding and know it rains all the time in Taipei, so opening the window to let some air in did the job. (Mind you we didn't complain because we solved the issue on our own.) Maybe shampooing the carpet would help because the rest the hotel, especially the elevators smelled fantastic.

tooooo humid in the room, suggest setting up a dehumidifier in the room.

my first room was not very nice, but they were very accommodating and moved me to another much more comfortable and Clean room.

it was an older property in which cleaning wasn’t the best, and while I was in the restroom and asked the maid to stay out 3 different times. She definitely saw me naked and was very uncomfortable. I had to get dressed and ask her to leave because she wasn’t leaving!
