The location of the property is first class. However the internal is looking a bit tired, the shower head is rusty, the shower tray silicon was mouldy. The small bedroom heater was not working there was a bad draught from the window next to the bed, the curtain in the living room is falling off. All things that would not take a lot to put right.mom

The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Great location while working at network rail so easy to get to work . Clean and well looked after . Easy to book and check in .

Clean,spacious quiet surroundings. Bus stops very handy,would book again.

We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay at this lovely, well equipped apartment which was perfectly situated for walking into the city centre. Great to have an allocated parking space too.

we were very happy with our stay at fountains view, very clean, spacious and in a good location. York boutique were very helpful when booking the property and friendly over the phone. The only bad thing was that we only stayed for one night!
