This home is just the perfect layout & space for family gatherings and has the perfect location too in our opinion. The owners are wonderful to work with and have provided just about everything you could ask for to entertain yourselves while you are there. Incredible place to watch wonderful sunsets also! You will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was perfect, big, clean and beautiful. Communication with owners was fantastic. They sent us information in a timely manner and offered suggestions of what to do in the area. Everything was as pictured!

It was a very nice and clean home and we enjoyed out stay. It was well-equipped for our family. The tile floors were supposed to be heated, and they never could be activated for some reason. We felt like this was slightly misleading and it did make the main level rooms cooler, especially for kids, since we were there in November. Overall, we had an excellent time.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is amazing, spacious, clean, easy, beautiful, comfortable. The views were wonderful! The temps in Branson during our stay were 90+ degrees a few days 100, so the pool was SO great! We spent almost our whole time out there with only a few trips to town for the activists there- we had all we needed at the house. Would 100% recommend this house for anyone’s next vacation! The property manager was very kind and quick to solve a microwave issue for us! We really appreciated the safety mechanisms on the doors to prevent little kids from wondering out by the pool as well! Thanks for opening your home to host families!

We really loved this house. The view is beautiful and the house had everything we needed. It was very, very noisy. There is a major construction project next door. When outside at the pool the front loader trucks are so loud you can hardly hear yourself talk. They are what appears to be clearing and crushing rock? On the inside, the noise is literally heard throughout the entire house. The outside pounding noise sounds like a washing machine unbalanced on the inside of the house. This is heard over the tv. It is non-stop from 8am-5,even 6pm M-F. Additionally, there is a house being built directly below the house and another house being worked on. We heard drills and saws and hammers all day. We found ourselves leaving often to find some peace and quiet and would have loved to have known about all the construction. The home however is great and view gorgeous. Manager was wonderful. Thank you for the stay. Would have ranked higher had it not been so loud and also understand this not being the fault of the owner.

Our family enjoy d their stay and was beyond our expectation. On the down side, we were short one bed for our 16th person. Found a mattress which laid on the floor. Water filter needs to be replaced.

We had 11 people and no one ever felt crowded, even in the kitchen area. Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, plates, glasses and cookware you need. Loved the views and the outdoor area. The pool was in excellent condition for fun times splashing around or sunbathing. Close to the town of Branson and all the activities. Great correspondence with the property owner. Always responded in a timely manner regarding any questions we had. Would absolutely rent this home again should we decided to make Branson our vacation spot again in the future. (Only rated it 4 stars for cleanliness because all the large windows/patio doors overlooking the view hadn't been cleaned in some time. Could really see how dirty they were when the sun came through. Did notify owner and she offered to clean while we were there. We said it was ok to do after we left . The rest of the home was very clean when we arrived).

Great place to hang out with the family! The kitchen / dining area had so much space for all of us to be together without being cramped. Loved the pool and deck area for relaxing.

The property manager is extremely responsive. Home is well appointed and excellent to entertain a large family. The new construction needs near the house to be noted as it does change the view but overall nice view of the lake and excellent view of surrounding area.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is a beautiful home and spacious enough for everyone to have their privacy. Ample space to entertain the group. The kitchen is the most stocked I have ever seen in a rental. Any kitchen gadget you need is here. The host was fantastic. I cannot say enough great things. Read all other reviews as they are very informative and give all the details you need. Thank you! We had the perfect vacation.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious property! There’s plenty of room for everyone, and it’s close to all Branson has to offer. Beautiful views from the back porch/pool area! We will definitely be back!

The house is gorgeous and the view of lake is nice. New construction blocks a little bit of the view but it is still pretty. Happy with everything and all the extras such as childrens books, games, pool toys, etc.

This was an ideal location to share a vacation with my family. I rented a home here to meet with my seven children and a couple who have spouses now. The pool was still warm even though it was September, and my special needs daughter especially enjoyed it. Plenty of space and great memories made.

Wonderful vacation home in Branson not far from the Branson Strip. Enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the back decks and pool area. House is on a cul-de-sac which makes the neighbors closer around drive, but was not a problem. Hostess was very helpful on any questions or issues we had and very quick with responses. Would love to have had her as a hostess at other places we have stayed. Enjoyed all the bedrooms having TV's except one King bedroom and all had a chair, nightstand with lamps & kleenexes. Bathrooms were all very nice, clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed the pool and deck area for relaxing and they do provide beach towels and double washer & dryer sets for washing swimsuits. Living room had nice big TV but furniture we found to be uncomfortable and was hard to get up out of because the seats sink down so low. Would recommend this home for families wanting a wonderful place to get away in Branson.

Quiet street, unfinished neighborhood (lots of construction, very steep hills) Swam everyday! Good-size pool and accessories. Used double washer and dryer, complimentary beach towels. Enjoyed enclosed back porch and fire pit next to backyard. Didn’t like the safety buzzer on back door by the kitchen — it is safety feature and cannot be circumvented. Upstairs, kids loved the Wii and foosball table upstairs. Water pressure was weak, never ran out of hot water or had pressure issues elsewhere (except the filtered line at kitchen sink). No curtains upstairs, bright early morning sun shines in. The patio upstairs room is nice feature, although safety hazard for small children as it provides access to roof. Main living room — two sofas and an HDMI cord. TVs in most bedrooms. Comfortable furniture in living rooms, several dining tables w/ chairs. Mattresses on the beds were very comfortable, but several beds squeaked — lovers beware! Super tall ceilings and doors. Had difficulty hearing each other, maybe because of the soaring ceilings and concrete floors. Upstairs was carpeted, had no sound issues. Temperature and floor warmers appeared to be pre-set — was mostly fine temp except warm at night. Large, well-stocked kitchen. No can openers worked. “Aisle” between the bar & counters were a tad crowded. Dishwasher was very quiet, seemed to work fine. Used complimentary dish detergent & soap pods. Kids enjoyed the games, children’s books, & puzzles in the bunk bed room. There were three trash carts & trash pick up early on Friday morning. Coffee maker worked wonderfully, as did the Keurig, oven, & stovetop. There was a wide flat-bottomed skillet that we fell in love with & are now on the hunt for one to get ourselves. Extra-wide refrigerator & freezer in the kitchen & extra fridge in the garage were a lifesaver. Kids really loved playing on the large rocks in the driveway — very cool feature! Wonderful labeled, dimmable light-switches. We did Silver Dollar City, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Fritz’s Adventure, the Titanic Museum, the go-kart place, the dinosaur mini golf, Branson Landing, Reza’s magic show, and several thrift stores. Price Chopper has great grocery selections. Big D’s BBQ is yum! If you’re looking to buy books (which we always are) head to Riley’s Treasures attic or the Taneyhills Community Library thrift store. Great Branson trip. Would rent property again!

Nice house but needs some things fixed.

We had a great time! The house was roomy & the pool was enjoyed by everyone.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Nice having access to our own pool. The only thing that we found uncomfortable is the bedrooms on the Southwest side of the house and the kitchen area seemed much warmer than the rest of the house.

Easy to get to places and plenty of room snd great view

They were very helpful in suggesting where to go for activities. They were excellent host. They keep me informed. They were understanding. We had wonderful time. The home accommodated all my family members. Very kid friendly!
