The view is amazing!! And the staffs are very nice! It's a must book if you have a car! The hot tub has a really nice view as well!

There was a cleaning checklist we didn't see until the checkout day, we kept most things neat anyway so didn't have any problems, but make sure you check it so everything are done by check out time. It's in the kitchen close to the microwave.

It was a very nice area very quiet with a nice view. The rooms were nice and it was good value for money.

The bed cover kept coming off it wasn't the most comfortable.

The cottage was amazing and the facilities were a great addition. The view was outstanding, watching the sun rise every morning from the cottage window was beautiful. Having access to the spa and pool after a day of exploring helped us to relax and unwind. The children loved having their own upstairs space along with all the outside space for playing and running around.

The location. The cottage was nicely decorated and very clean.

Could have done with a better toaster ( 4 slice one) more suitable for a family of four. pool was cold but we got use to it. The PH in the hot tub was off as my skin got very irritated after being in it. The checkout time was too early.

Lovely quiet location with excellent facilities. Very family friendly and loads to do in the area. It was a great place to have a break away from the grind.

The location is perfect and the views are just absolutely stunning. Love the upside down cottage and the living spac making the most of the views. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, couldn't keep them out of it.

Unfortunately the towels and tea towels all had a damp smell to them. I just think they hadn't dried properly before being put back in the cottage. Problem was easily solved by washing again using the washing machine on site, but just thought I would mention

The pool and jacuzzi were clean and not too small. I liked the whole place ,there was plenty of safe space for my grandchildren to play. The views across the valley are amazing, from my room and the jacuzzi.

Bed settees instead of beds. Always a put off having to put up the bed and make it , then to unmake each morning before breakfast. Then repeat. Hate Cobwebs above head height.

This question is asking me what did i like. That is the wrong question, it should be what did we fall in love with. Everything is all i can say. Dont forget it is a farm. Go open minded to unwind and it will be impossible for you to complain. The area location people atmosphere is all above an beyond. Very comfortable cottages with everything you would need. I would love to live a life like this one day with my family. Thank you team vale farm cottages for making our stay amazing. We stayed with our 10 months old daughter

If i was to be very very fussy an picky i would say the floor boards or whatever it is that makes noise on top floor while walking up there.

Keys in the door as advertised and we were able to enter the room at the time stated.

Absolutely nothing, it was a fabulous weekend.

Having the pool on site and easily accessible was the highlight of our holiday as it was something we could all do as a family everyday and our little one loved it! The views were beautiful and having the little park there was another great feature for our little one. The hosts were also really friendly and really helpful.

The walls are very thin so when the houses next door decided to stay up late, we had to also. In the end we went into town and bought some ear plugs. The area didn't have a lot going on, as some of the places we planned to go to needed pre-booking or were permanently closed, so I think if we were to visit again we would plan the visit better and prebook things to do each day.

Everything was so lovely and exceeded my expectations. Everyone loved it and kids didn't want to go home. Lovely host. Thanks for everything.

Lovely cottages in a charming remote location with beautiful scenery. Great facilities in the form of the pool and hot-tub. Very helpful hosts, everything was provided.

One small grumble was the beds which were not great, especially having to sleep on the sofa bed upstairs. Not really suitable for a family of 4 as it's the adults that will end up sleeping on the cheap sofa bed due to there being no curtains or blinds in the lounge, so the kids get the proper beds. Even these were not the most comfy. Apart from that, it was a great place to stay for visiting the Brecon Beacons.

POOL WAS FINE. Location was fine.

Sofa beds !! When we first booked it said cottages for 5 (Hornbeam ) 4(white Cherry)Only later did i we find out that the beds were one double and one sofa bed in White Cherry Cottage plus similar plus one single bed in Hornbesm. Have you ever tried to put 2 adults on a sofa bed !! So dreadful that some of us had to move to an hotel in Brecon which cost us an extra £440.00 One of the sofa beds was broken !! No bedding and no message to say where to find bedding for the sofa beds either even though the 'hosts' knew how many we were going to be !! The bedding was eventually found stuffed in an understairs cupboard under stair gates and high chairs - yuk !! Why were the sofa beds not made up to be more welcoming before we arrived ?? No light in the fridge and numerous other lights gone too..All very poor for the money charged - we won't be bookng again ! Security lights and other guests' dogs yapping all night - no thank you. Had the distinct feeling that the 'hosts' were money grsbbing' as much as they could for as little on offer as possible. Do you ever check the places you offer ??
