Lovely hotel! Great pools and hot tubs, clean updated rooms! Will stay again!

All of the pools and kids arcade games were great

We’ve stayed here many times. This time the thermostat in our room didn’t seem to cool the room properly. Will stay here again.

Small rooms, overpriced

Everyone was very friendly. They also recommended the shuttle to the Beach Boys concert.

Didn’t realize it was fun park with a hotel around it. Some neat things but room was substandard. No soap or shampoo. Had to go to desk to get. Room was very plain and basic. Not up to standard for what we paid. Outside parking lot at night had not area lighting for some reason. Overpriced amusement park is what is really is.

The remodel was first class. The lobby and rooms were totally updated. Contemporary and classy.

It was a very nice hotel. But i think the price was too high. When we didn't get breakfast either. Prices were outrageous. Bit still was a positive experience

The rooms are SO overpriced since they have renovated. Staff were not friendly at the front desk but Caribou staff were very kind.

We loved all the pools and the arcade. We also enjoyed watching March Madness on the big screen over min the hot tub.

Found a blood stain in our bed sheets and took multiple calls to front desk and twelve hours to get replaced also the cable was not in working in our room when front desk was notified i was told that "it would be made right on my bill at check out " they did not a little off the bill for the bloodied sheets but nothing for the cable not working "said it was beyond their control" but cable was working in other parts of the hotel Me and my family had a great time at the pools and rec areas and the food was great but not happy with the room accommodations .

Front desk employees need a refresher on customer service.

The manager was unprofessional and I felt they were picking With me . Front desk staff should be more informative about certain things . But what I can say is Corey who works there was amazing and did his very best to make sure we enjoyed our time, my son had a fun birthday, he made me and my family comfortable

Booked us in another persons room. It was very uncomfortable going into someone elses room. Went to the front desk, they gave us a different room but didn't care what they did wrong and didn't want to make up for it.

Lots of options for the kids to keep busy with swimming or playing volleyball, basketball or arcade games!!

It’s a classy and hospitable place to be.

The hotel was clean and nicely updated, bar/restaurant are very nice as was the staff there. Pool and hotub/game area very nice and clean. The heat in the room would go past the set temp and then the air conditioner would come on and freeze us. The hotel staff (except the bar staff and gentleman who was in a purple shirt we talked to after we checked in) really need to be instructed on what being in customer service means. When we checked in we were not informed of any of the amenities or time/locations, called for tv remote not working the next am and was told I could come and get a new one (I did say no and asked them to bring it to me which they reluctantly did,it was just after 6 am I was was not dressed to go out), told the front desk on check out about heat/ac in room told they would have someone look at it later no appologies. Not the level of service I expected for this $$ hotel.

The man working the front when I first checked in was not very welcoming and friendly. Sitting on his phone when I walked in and immediately after he finished checking me in he sat back down and pulled out his phone again. No thank you or simple “have a good night” even after I said both of those things to him. Although, when I checked out the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The other negative thing I experienced was the fact that there were toenail clippings on the floor of my room when I checked in. That was appalling getting to the hotel late and to look down at the floor before you crawl into bed and see toe nails on the floor…
