The breakfast, in particular, was excellent. The only problem was they didn't fill up the conditioner in the shower. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel.

I had a charge on my bill that wasn't mine. The people working there were very nice and looked up the restaurant charge and verified it was an error.

VERY WARM WELCOME BY DANIELLE AT THE FRONT DESK!! WAS CHECKED IN EARLY AND GIVEN A REALLY NICE ROOM. DANIELLE ALSO SIGNED MY UP FOR BEST WESTERN REWARDS. I WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!

Room was adequate but was in the back of the hotel right next to freeway. Needed some help with wifi and was told chrome books don't work on their system. Bed was comfy and pillows were good.

For the price this hotel was unacceptable. Pluses it was clean and staff was very nice but that’s about the only nice things I have to say. It was a very dated loud roadside motel.

They have recently remodeled and they did an excellent job. It’s quiet and comfortable. Very restful nights sleep!

I loved the security guard that walks around all night. Breakfast was also good location amazing! I will be back.

Everything was wonderful except for the noise from the highway all night. After plopping a pillow on top of my ear was I able to finally fall asleep 😴

We stayed for just one night in the middle of a long roadtrip from Seattle to LA. First of all, all 4 of the hotel staff that we encountered were all very nice, competent and helpful. The pool area was a great respite after a long drive. The restaurant is attached to the lobby, there we ate dinner and the complementary breakfast. The food was really good and there was a great variety of choices. Our room was very clean! The property was also clean, from our walk to the pool and to the restaurant. We also liked seeing security roaming the parking lot and property. I only rated 4/5 stars for property facilities because the building is an older building and somewhat dated, however because of how clean everything was, it made for an overall excellent experience.

The rooms weren't made up very well. I was placed in a noisy section along side of the Freeway. I asked for another room and was told there was an upcharge.
Tried them again on my return travels and was unable to book an available room online. Seeing as I was only a few minutes from the property I went there to get the room . Only minutes later the price was doubled on me. Dirty practice shame on expedia!

This budget-friendly hotel offers surprisingly good complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was not serviced during our stay, which was disappointing. While the air conditioning unit provided relief from the heat, it might be disruptive for light sleepers. Overall, it's a basic accommodation.

The beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Although unavailable due to the layout of the hotel, we would have rather had inside corridors due to the 110 degree weather outside... Prices were high in the restaurant. We got 2 salads & 1 slice of cheesecake and the bill was $69. Also, we were glad we only stayed 1 night. $40 PER NIGHT is excessive to have your dog with you... Thank you!

The pool, the breakfast, the location and the staff were all great. I thought the room was really small compared to the picture that is advertised.Not a big deal really but it was something that I took note of.

I don't know how it always happens to me but I get a handicap room. However, layout shelf staging was dismal. That aside, the units next to the freeway do experience truck traffic and motorcycles on the the freeway. Amenities were functional and clean. The staff was incredibly engaging and helpful.

Rooms are dated. Traffic noise is loud - not low as mentioned by the front desk.
Rooms don’t feel clean. Bathroom was dirty. Carpets long due to be updated and cleaned.

We checked into our room & it was dirty, had not been cleaned. We had to recheck in again & got another room that was so stinky from smoke. We then had to re check in a 3rd time & they put us next to the laundry. It was horrible & noisy. Would not return
