The room was lovely, a little hot but soon solved by simply opening the window on to the picturesque square below. Breakfast offered a good choice, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Really nice place to stay.

Nice big room. Facing the main street and train station, but somehow quiet. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything the tourist needs.

Badly trained staff and very tired amenities given the price: the room was so noisy from a neighbouring club, we hardly slept.

This hotel is not only gorgeous and classic but the staff was incredible. They were so helpful with maps and walking directions. The big bonus was it was across from the train and buses so I didn't have to use a taxi. I like to walk and this was perfect. Room had an awesome view of the city.

Great hotel, very nice suite on the top floor, with windows on the backside of the hotel, very quiet.
Extremely convenient when you have a lot of luggage, and come by train - just cross the street from the station.
Room had a small issue, a sharp corner on the bench which ripped a hole in my pants. Management immediately fixed it, and offered payment for the pants. Very impressive response.

Room was very tiny and not clean at all. Spiders on curtains. We were there on Saturday night and at night time security guard was asking us every time are you going to hotel? Whats room number . Apparently there was rooftop bar and crowd was wild. Only saviour was it next to luzern station

The access to train station is super convenient. Building is old and can use some renovation.

Pre checkin process was so great it save lot of time. Was also able to accommodate early checkin for international traveler. Offcourse only if room are ready

The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was great and the beds were clean and comfortable and the hotel is literally next to the trainstation. But the biggest and only flaw is that the carpet on the floor and the furniture on the room were very wornout and old. It felt like playing the floor is lava when you got from your bed to the bathroom. And it made the rest of the hotel feel dirty and cheap

Hotel is centrally located. Easy access or the train station, different dining options and shopping. This hotel is very clean and staff were nice.

Families travelling with kids, look no further beyond this hotel. Location is top notch and super easy access to train, boat and bus. Lots of food options nearby ( starbucks downstairs at the lobby). Clean and very spacious family rooms. We were on the sixth floor and there is a bar/small snack area on the 7th which tends to create an oily smell sometimes esp during the night time (only con i can think of). I will gladly stay here again if need be. Simply fantastic!

The best hotel we stayed in during our Europe trip! The bed was so, so comfortable and a very convenient location to the train station (across the street). I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Switzerland. Thank you for an excellent experience!

The hotel is next to the train station and most sights are walkable. There is not a minibar or room service at the hotel. Check in is at 4pm and we had to go back and see if the room was available after 4pm when we didn't receive a text that it was ready. The rooms are spacious. The amenities were the large bottle attached to the wall and they are very eco-aware. The Starbucks location in proximity to check in is a bit confusing but it was nice that Starbucks and McDonalds were available.

This hotel claims to be a 4 star with a very expensive price and they advertise NonSmoking Hotel However when guests above you smoke all night they claim it’s not there problem. The carpets are so old and the hotel is very run down. The rooms are spacious and it’s in a great location. It is not worth the price. I’m very disappointed in my stay. My complaints were just ignored as they already received my money. Would never stay here again.

Very close to the train station in fact right across the street rooms are way smaller than pics and if u book room with two kings like it says on Expedia you won’t get that room still not sure if it actually exist but besides that location and price are great

Property is in a historic building, but the room amenities are modern. It's across the street from train station and near old town.

It was close to Main Station, easy to locate. Wifi wasn't really helping. It kept disconnected while not using, so I had to login multiple times.

We loved the luxurious rooms--the beds were so comfortable, and the history of the hotel was fascinating. The hotel was very quiet in a very central location.

This stay is beyond my expectations, the location,professional demeanor of staff , hospitality and price points are all 5 stars! This is an old old building so expect to carry your luggage 10 steps even after the lift ride. Kyle , is a great person in all aspects, their patience and dedication to great service wins my heart .

Closet hangers way too high. Had to step inside to hang clothes. Also, safe is on the floor. Had to get on knees to use the safe. Terrible!!! Your designer did not think nor care about seniors. How do short people hang clothes when hangers are in the sky?
