I was just in town to coach at a tournament. The room itself was ok (not great by any means, but tolerable). The bathroom however, was not clean, including mold on the walls. It was absolutely not acceptable. Worst conditions have ever experienced… so much for “quality.”

The suite room was nice but had no clock. This is the third time we have stayed. The first time the salt water pool was being renovated. The second time I made sure we could use the pool (even though it wasn't salt water anymore). This last time, just 6 months later the pool was closed again. Wasn't happy about that. Breakfast was okay, they could switch things up a bit.

Check in was fast and efficient, breakfast was like all the others, could have some more fresh fruit. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Disappointed that the hot tub was not working. Front desk helped book some shows for us. Property is a great location , very easy to find your way around? Staff was awesome! Will definitely stay here again.

Internet was a joke. Ice machine did not work. Place needs to be updated. Husband had bug bites.

Did not like the WiFi signal was not strong enough for connection unable to use. Housekeeping never came during stay to clean or restock towels in room.

Room was old, breakfast was good, they never did room service never came to take out trash we would put in the side trash in the hall way.

Beds felt broken down and were way too soft. Breakfast room is way too small for number of rooms offered but the food was good. Not enough chairs in the pool building.

I will stay here whenever I am in Branson. Hotel is conveniently located by all attractions, extremely clean, smoke free, excellent breakfast setup, and friendly employees!!!!

I am not a smoker, so I didn't like the smoking area to be outside my room. I suggest the smoking area be away from the rooms.

It’s a good hotel for the price. Beds could be replaced in our room. Very soft and broken down. But it a good stay over all

Some of the outlets didn't work, and there were no bath towels in the shower. Had to call the front desk and have them bring towels. The room smelly funky.

This is an older property but clean and great shower.

Room was clean. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not serviced after the first night. When I asked at the lobby for towels they said housekeeping was every other day. That did not so us any good. Door handle on outside of door came off. Pool was ok. Breakfast was ok.

Work in progress, owners are new and slowly renovating the property. It will be nice when they are done. Breakfast is okay but it needs more variety. It is a decent place not lux.

The pool is actually really nice! Its pretty big and gets to ab 8 feet deep. The hot tub is great too, it had a few issues but they were very quick to get it back up and running. Breakfast can run out quick, but they had a good selection!

Our family stayed three nights and the stay was great. The breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

It was clean enough but the pictures are very misleading. It's not worth the $130 I paid for a night. It was just generally run down. I don't know what was in the pool but the chemicals made everyone break out. The hot tub was barely warm. The breakfast room was way too small for the amount of people staying at the hotel.

I had reserved a room online with a king bed. However when we checked in, a king was not available. The desk informed me that “it” was already occupied. Do they have only one? The queen beds were comfortable though.

New owners are horrible. The beds were horrible. I felt every single spring. The room smelled moldy. The carpet was disgusting. No water pressure tonwash the shampoo put of my hair. Not worth the price, in my opinion. I have been staying at this location for 8+ years and these new owers are going to run this place in the ground. Clearly they do not know how to manage a property.

They tried giving me a different room than the one I paid for. King bed room for 2 queen. Even after paying a pet fee, they had the nerve to ask if I had brought a cage to keep that dog in….My dog was probably more well groomed and more clean than some humans I saw there. The room restroom of the room I ended getting had black mold growing.

My only complaint is that they maybe can leave at least 2 rolls of toilet paper in the rooms that have 2 plus people staying but other than that the staff was great nice and friendly and funny. Thank you

Very close to shops and food options; only a few miles from silver dollar city so very convenient location; staff was very friendly and helpful
