The hot tub was closed but there was nothing posted to notify guests, there was no comforter on the bed - just a sheet and blanket - no pool towels - the bathroom was in very poor shape with a dirty floor and cracking bathtub.

It was a decent place to stay. The breakfast was great! It was decently clean for how run down the place is. They need to hire another maintenance person, or 5.

We usually stay at Hilton hotels, but they didn't have any rooms big enough for our family of 6 this time, so we decided to go with the Best Western. We paid $200 for one room that was very dated, albeit clean enough. There was no hairdryer, the gym was out of order, the jets in the hot tub didn't work. The hotel just felt run-down and dingy. The staff was very nice. But I would never pay to stay here again.

The person that checked me in was so friendly and welcoming. In the morning, breakfast was amazing with multiple options, and everyone that works here said “good morning!”

It was great, but the hot tub use was needed by my hubby for soreness and there wasn’t maintenance available or anything the desk clerk could do. The dining area was chilly. It would be nice if it was a little warmer. Great food.

Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were told they would call us when it was ready. They never called. We checked in later and got a room. The food at breakfast was out when we got there. They refilled it later. I would rate this model very mediocre.

Broken window screen. Broken shower toggle, .Only one garbage can in whole room, making it inconvenient in the restroom area. Hot tub had no ability to control.

The staff was unable to check customers in at check-in time because "the laundry person called in sick". Rooms were not cleaned nor ready. There was a birthday party going on at the pool with about 15 young children yelling and splashing, barring any other guests from using the pool facilities. One child crawled under the door to my toilet as I was using the facility.

The property was older but probably well maintained. The two girls at the desk when we checked in and checked out were the highlight. Delightful girls very dedicated to their jobs. The front automatic doors not working properly and the initial impression outside those doors is not great. Everything worked. No bath May was kind of scary because the bathtub is slippery. All in all I'd give a C. Clean, comfy bed, sweet girls at the desk.

Not sure why housekeeping thought it was a good idea to knock on my door at 8:20am, to see if I was there, or then follow up with vacuuming the hallway too....but that was a bummer. Fortunately i was awake. Otherwise very kind folks at the desk and very large room, beds were cozy

We arrived at 4pm and strode in a line only to be told our room was not ready. We checked in and were told to return a hour later for our keys. We returned an hour later and again stood in a long line to receive our keys.
The room was dirty. Carpets filthy.
Hopefully will be able to avoid staying at this particular hotel in the future.

My family was not able to make the due to reerouting our family trip. We were in the Redwoods when we determined we needed to take a different route and could not get cell service in time to cancel our reservation. I worked with hotels.com to try and reach out to your hotel but they were unsuccessful. Therefore , we had to pay for a stay we didn’t have.

When we arrived into the hotel room, it smelt like somebody had cooked fried fish, we turn the fans on, and the smell started to go away, but every time we would leave and come back, you could smell the fish. We didn’t wanna complain because we weren’t going to be there for very long and you guys were shortstaffed. there was pee on the toilet seat, there was no soap in the bathrooms. I would maybe rated a three only because the breakfast wasn’t too bad but I can honestly say that we probably won’t stay there again.

Rented a room with kitchenette suite. Refrigerator did not cool, freeze did not freeze (only cooled). Reported after first night but no repair or other accommodation. Some pans were unusable due to non stick surfaces damaged and unsafe to use. TV in living room remote didn’t work, DirecTV box was not functioning correctly and wouldn’t work manually. Overall, the limitations defeated the purposing of renting the suite with kitchenette. At checkout nothing was done to remedy this even though some items were noted after night one.

The staff went above and beyond to provide transportation in a town suddenly without a taxi or other transportation options. Their efforts were greatly appreciated by all involved.
