Kyle did great customer service.. muchly appreciated. Room was fine , plus nice and warm for below zero temps outside. will be back.

upper level parking area, near the gazebo was pretty messed up .. garbage, cigarette butts, boxs and debris, full gargbage cans the whole time we visited..5 days.. could use attention.

it is run down and dirty- from the lobby to the hallways and the rooms.

Bed was comfortable and the price was nice.

Bathroom needs upgrades, as do the hallways. Overall a little run-down feeling.

There was no breakfast available. Did not know this even though they said it was posted on the website.

When we stayed there were road construction workers, their trucks, and family members staying there. It was a lot busier and noisier than we thought. I thought it was great the workers could stay so close to where they were working.

Location was good. The hallway had a horrible smell. A gallon of used milk was still in our fridge. The door to the bathroom did not close. (Oops .. what I did not like)

Made a last minute reservation. When we arrived, the room I booked wasn't available. The desk clerk wasn't too helpful nor sympathetic to the situation. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with Booking.com to resolve the issue. The room itself was just a normal room. There was a small, dark stain on the corner of the bottom sheet, the carpet between the bed and the night stand hadn't been vacuumed in awhile.

Beds were comfortable.

Online price much lower than what your reservation person was willing to do. “You should do the online price then”. Im driving with family and trying to find a place to stay. Why can’t you match the price?

Very clean, exceptionally friendly staff, good value.

Everything was good, staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The door lock didn't work unless you raised up on the handle, so it was a little confusing. The staff(lady) and the disk knew of the problem and she said to just raise up on the handle, instead of down and it will open. Kind of surprised me when I tried to open it and it felt like the dead bolt was on.

Pillows has lot of stains… blonde hair on blanket even though are hairs were all black and microwave was dirty… pictures was taken after I cleaned it already… it got hardened in there so it was really hard to wipe down, face tissue wasn’t refilled, lampshade’s covers were kinda dusty as well

They were in the process of not offering breakfast so we were told the snacks were left from the past so we didn’t eat there.

I closed the bathroom door and it appeared to need a good scrubbing. The whole motel just was a little worn.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. I wish I could have stayed there another night. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Air conditioning in the room worked very well.

Location was good. Able to open hotel room window for fresh air. Employees were super!

Poorly constructed building becoming more dilapidated as time goes on. Bathroom too small, had to squeeze past the door to shut it because the toilet was so close to the door. Not a well-maintained hotel.

We are used to kitchen facilities. Your room had a small refrigerator and a small microwave. No facilities for cooking or meal preparation.
