Toilets were too low, with no grab bar at for assistance.

Rasy access and convenient location. Large pool area.

The building and facilities were in bad shape. Lots of things out of order (ice machines, waffle maker, etc.)

The reservation was fumbled and I had to wait for an hour to check in at 10pm when I had already stopped at the property 6 hours earlier to check in and the room wasn’t available. Staff worked to resolve the problem and I was able to sleep in the hotel.

Management was very kind and polite.

Shower did not work properly. Barely any water came out. Old and needed an upgrade. Manager was informed.

The fact that they were under remodeling and the roof on the 2nd floor was leaking in the hallway was never contacted to make me aware of the situation @ 130.00 a night that's the least they could have done

The staff was amazing especially Laura and Steve who helped us check in and made us feel welcomed.

I paid (a lot) extra for a king family room but they gave us a standard king room at the same price. The pool was also closed, which was the only reason we chose best Western. There was a large yellow cart heaping full of trash in the hallway all night that we had to walk past multiple times. The ice machine was out of order and the pillows are the worst.
