Air conditioning wasn’t working. We had an “accessible room” and the rain water from the patio got our shoes wet. No door mat. We had to put a bath towel on the floor by the door to walk onbecause it was treacherously slippery!

The room was comfortable and the food was good in the restaurant. We avoided the Smokey casino.

When the staff brought the crib in for our toddler, they also went and found the person who could get the television working. The staff who came to fix the television was able to get it functioning again. The beds seemed clean, so we were able to spend time there. Not wanting to stay inside anymore, we ordered breakfast to go. The staff was friendly and even recommended the best dishes for kids on the go. Breakfast was great.

The room was filthy. Cheetos on the floor that were from previous customers, empty water bottles/trash underneath the beds. Unknown substances on the walls, "is that blood?" was asked. There were no fans in the bathroom, so there was visible mold growing on the ceilings, and bugs crawling on the floor. We could not call the front desk, when we picked up the phone, it wasn't even plugged in. The TV didn't work, thankfully that was addressed. The exterior of the building has seen better days. We didn't even try the pool, even though it was a reason we chose this location. This was not a 3-star hotel as listed online.

The First night could not get help to adjust thermostat. The Next day could not get housecleaning and room remained dirty. Tried to get clean towels but was brushed off by housekeeping.

Easy location. Close to the Star Hotel for a great Basque dinner!

When I checked in it was far from welcoming. Front desk barely ever said a word to people coming and going. One time I was headed out, I said have a nice day to two employees they just went quiet and looked at me. The pool area was pretty dirty, litter throughout. Room didn't seem very clean. Bathroom floor was really sticky, I put towels down to walk on it. Dumpsters literary outside bathroom window. Dresser held up by what looked like were matchsticks.

Excellent breakfast.

No air condition, hot inside the room. I did not get my booking room when I arrived around 9:30pm. Waited for 30-35 minutes to check in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel put us within walking distance to our favorite restaurant..

The place is completely run down. The first room they gave us had an air conditioner that was stuck on 80 degrees. The maid said that it has been that way for a while and they can't get it fixed. The front desk "upgraded" us to an "executive suite." The bed looked like someone had been sleeping in it but it was late so we just slept on it. The bed itself and pillows were old and lumpy. The floor had not been vacuumed. There were also dirty wash clothes behind the bathroom door when we went to use the shower. The manager was not around the next day when we went to leave so that we could let her know how bad our stay was. We called when we got back from our trip but the response was "I went to the room and there was nothing wrong with it." When we complained about the prostitutes using the hotel the manager indicated that there was an event in town and that prostitution is legal in Nevada. We are Nevada residents! We support LEGAL prostitution. Prostitution is regulated and only approved in certain areas. Girls are not supposed to be going into hotels as a side hustle. I think the management there is getting a kickback for using the rooms and that's why they don't care. Anyway, super disappointed in our stay... the Ramada and Wyndam. Wish there was a place to upload photos.

Except for the food left in the fridge it was clean

When they come clean the room they should make sure to remove all trash. Also the last time they cleaned they locked us out we had to get new keys.

Very helpful and friendly staff in both hotel and restaurant. Free cooked breakfast included. Clean room.

Minor recurring problems with heat thermostat and electronic door lock. (Staff always responsive but problems still annoying.) Smell of cigarettte smoke in casino also unpleasant though it didn’t spread to the room.

The staff was amazing

The beds were so uncomfortable lumping and u sank right in the middle there very old.

The rooms are nicely updated. Everything was clean. Plenty of water pressure. No issues.

I paid for a room with a spa tub in it and did not receive that room and they would not move me into the right room nor is the manager returning my phone calls

Clean quiet room,older place but good, super friendly people. Great real breakfast for free. Will definitely stay there again . Mind you this place is not a big dollar resort, but a working man’s or family place .great value
