We had a long weekend getaway and we had a great stay at Hampton Inn. We will definitely be back! The staff was amazing and friendly and the breakfast was also a huge plus! Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The room was spacious. No housekeeping everyday, so you have to hunt down fresh towels. Breakfast was good.

We loved the hotel as always. The Hampton Inn is always top notch. We ended up getting a room with a handicapped shower. A suggestion to the management: that room would not be accessible for someone in a wheelchair. The shelves that contain the towels were way too high for someone in a wheelchair as were the shelves on the opposite wall. The sink was extremely small. And the bathtub was very high and would be difficult for somebody really handicapped, to get in it. I do have pictures if you are interested. It worked out fine for us because I am not in a wheelchair

Stayed for a family vacation trip and had a great experience staffing was amazing!! A huge thanks to Ms.Jessica (day shift housekeeper) and Ms.Peggy (breakfast attendant) these two ladies were extremely helpful and polite!! Overall great experience!

Great Stay with Family, good location close to restaurants, shopping etc. Free Breakfast in the morning was good, with normal fare, eggs, sausage, waffles, Toast etc. Rooms were clean. Free parking. Overall, good stay for whenever you visit Hot Springs.

there should be a disclaimer about pool not being open except certain dates. we chose this location for the pool, it was closed until the next week for memorial day. we did not stay

The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The bathroom was large but contained a sink and countertop one sees in an RV! I took a picture of it!

This appears to be a new facility as of May 2024. The room had all of the latest amenities, such as ample & USB charging ports, good lighting, microwave/frig,, and a great HVAC system. One thing in particular I have not see at other locations, were pegs on the wall in the room to hang things, such as coats, towels, etc. The only thing I would like to see is a little more variety in the breakfast area, such as sausage, biscuits and gravy. I would highly recommend this place.

I got very sick about midnight and my wife talked with the night manager and he was totally helpful to her. The manager who came on the next morning was also very concerned and helpful. Very impressed with their help and concern.

Hotel was great! We just chose the weekend where the cheerleading competition was happening. It was a little loud Friday to Saturday but the next day was much better!

Everything was great for the most part. We were right by the elevator and the ice machine was on the other side of the wall and there was ALOT of noise.

Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. From check in the desk staff was welcoming and as a bonus offered bottle water after our travel. The hot breakfast had standard waffles, muffins, bread, oatmeal, coffee and juices. Every day we had some type of potatoes, bacon or sausage and eggs different ways. Omelets were delicious
