Hotel location excellent. Lobby & pool areas clean and tidy. Bedroom looked tired and needs updating.

Overall location is the best aspect of the hotel. Rooms were small and not anything luxurious t but location makes up for it

From the moment you walk in you are pleasantly greeted by the amazing refreshing smell and decor. The staff are very professional and engaging. The rooms are impeccable and modern. Love the double shower head option. The pool area was to die for. Such a beautiful view of the beach as well. Absolutely no complaints

the good thing about the hotel is that it is very well located. near the South beach. the reception is cute and the people working at the reception are very nice. However, the rooms are dated, when we arrived there was a lot of dust on the floor we had to ask for it to be cleaned again, the ventilation does not work properly in the bathroom and the toilet flushes every other time

In short, hotel is gorgeous and comfortable. They have security at all hours of the day and the hotel locks up after a certain time to only allow key card entry. Lobby is so neat and well-designed, with a pleasant light fragrance. Employees at front desk and security guards were always patient and friendly in explaining everything. Room was spacious, with soft lights and mirrors all over, two thin closets (containing amongst other things, bathrobes and umbrella) placed on either side of large couch seating/window, and plenty of other seating areas all over; design is just overall so lovely and comfortable. There's so much natural light even through the curtain, and there was also a blackout curtain on top if you needed it. Beds and pillows were comfy, all the furniture was neat. Bathroom was neat and clean, I liked the design and the sliding hidden doors. Yes the grout on the shower floor tiles were dark stained but it's clean. Rooms seemed far enough from each other since we didn't hear anything from others, except occasionally a door slamming or knocking in the hall. Location is right at the beach to walk to, and very walkable to many places, including the parking garage one street down; well-priced with their pass. We didn't get the complimentary beach chairs and towels though because it's through another company that closes at 5pm and we preferred swimming later in the day. Rooftop pool and bar were OK, but we just preferred going to the ocean right there. Loved it all 💙

I did not like being charged a resort when I already prepaid

The service is very bad, they are not friendly, the staff is rude and parking is far away and expensive.

Great for a trip with the children. Rooftop pool or steps from the beach. Dining options galore within steps. Great staff and service from everyone!

The staff was polite and helpful. The food options are limited and it's not possible to order one item. The hotel price was decent, the room clean. The beach is close and there are other dining options. Safety seems to be an important element in the area.

Excellent service and outstanding staff. The concierge, David, was extremely helpful and provided exemplary service.

The property is great, clean, smells good and safe. Me and my family enjoyed our visit.the only downside is there is no microwave.

Front desk stuff was rude and unprofessional. We were told they would text us when our room was ready and that was never the case so we waited well after check in time for no reason. When we approached the front desk it seemed like we were an inconvenience not a guest.

Absurd airline , we had two bags we originally had to pay for one only because the wheels supposedly didn’t fit in the sizer when we got into the plane the bags fit perfectly in the cabin , coming back we then had to pay for both bags supposedly again because they didn’t fit , my question how did one bag pass the first time and now it doesn’t not fit if it’s the same thing from the first time? and it fits perfectly in the cabin once put in , if we had to pay for bags you would think they would go in the bottom of the plane because they are so big , but instead we are able to put them on top of the cabin because again it fits perfectly , please make this make sense , just so they can get money from people with the excuses that luggage’s don’t fit knowing their is nothing the customer could do in the moment of having to board.

Classic art deco building, conveniently located on South Beach between Collins and Ocean. Short walk to the beach. Family and couple only friendly, Modern rooms, courteous and helpful staff. Rooftop pool and bar are great.

It was a great hotel. Everyone working were very friendly and helpful.

Check - in time of 4pm started the experience on a negative note. That said, the staff was very warm and attentive. However, I could hear every footstep the neighbor above me made in their room, one day it felt like for 2 1/2 hours straight. Overall, I would think twice about staying there again.

Very good location. Our room face to the ocean, we can see the ocean from the balcony. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The room is clean, the staffs are very friendly.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. There were some foundation/leveling issues on our 3rd floor, the floor was very uneven and our luggage would roll the middle of the room. Concierge was very polite, the person who helped us with luggage was very pushy about getting his cash tip after helping us take our luggage up the elevator on a luggage cart.

The hotel was ok. Small rooms and few things need to be upgraded . Close to the beach . Too much noise from other rooms .
