It was not great. The hotel is in a weird part of town, it’s been redone but not well and the “restaurant/bar”’is just bizarre. Not to mention the floors were clearly never mopped. Our dog got water from his bowl all over the floor so I wiped up and the pic below shows how disgustingly dirty the floor was.

The cleanliness looked fine but the smell gave me a different idea of how clean it really was. It was as if the previous person in the room chain smoked and then they threw an air freshener bomb in and never aired it out. I opened a window to try and do that only to find out there were no screens so I closed it cause of bugs. The breakfast was also sub par. Was fine for a one night stay but I don’t plan on staying again

Check in was terrible. I used my passport as ID and the gentleman who checked me in acted as he had never seen a passport before. I used this as ID at every other hotel I stayed at this trip (a total of 9) without a single issue. He was perplexed by the fact there my address is not on it. And yet every other hotel took it and one asked me personally for my address and everything was fine. And then when I was putting my card through for the hold in case of incidental charges, my card said approved and told me to remove my card from the machine. The employee (Presley) then told me that it had not gone through and I would have to re-enter it. I told him it had said approved and was not comfortable putting it in again. He did not seem to care that I did not want to do that. Had we not had a 10 hour car ride that day, I would have left. I put my card in again reluctantly. And lo and behold when I got home and checked my credit card statement the card had been entered twice and gone through twice. Of course it dropped off, however perhaps the employee should not automatically assume the customer is wrong. Perhaps some staff training would benefit this establishment. I was treated with a haughtiness I did not appreciate nor did my husband. This one introductory experience to your hotel completely turned me off and I would never recommend it to anyone I know. Too bad, because everyone else we encountered there were very nice.

The room was clean and staff was very friendly.

This property had the nicest and most helpful staff, always smiling and very friendly. The reduction in starts for property condition came from one of the sheer curtains had a significant tear in it. Otherwise I was very pleased with all other aspects of the property

We disappointed in that we did not get the room as pictured in the website. What was pictured was a suite with a separate bedroom which I showed the man at the desk. What we got was a single room. The person that was at the desk said that they don't have control over the pictures on the website , but could upgrade us to what we requested for $29-30 more. Since it was after midnight when we arrived, ( due to car trouble) we declined. Sadly this had the appearances of a "bait and switch".

Needs updating breakfast late and no cereal when asked man said no cereal
