It was a good experience

For the price I received, I was happy with the room. Service was great, however the shower did have some mildew in it and housekeeping only came by twice for the entire week. I would recommend staying for a night or two, but not much more than that.

It was honestly crazy, in the booking description it said they offered the roll away cribs upon request. So when we checked in I told the lady at the desk that I had requested one on my reservation and she looked at me kinda crazy and said we don't offer that I told her well that's the only reason why I booked y'all because I have a toddler and it would be unsafe for him to be in a bed with two other people and then I was not informed of the $100 deposit that I had to put down when arriving there after I had already booked the hotel online and paid for it it's little things like this that really take effect on a family who's trying to have a good vacatio. The dresser that the TV stand set on was falling apart the bathroom was not in the best of condition and there were bugs in our hotel room probably one of the worst places I've ever stayed and will never stay there again and how do not highly recommend them to anyone.

I can live with the normal wear and tear of an older hotel, but our room smelled horribly musty. Will not stay here again, even for the remarkably low price.

The staff at this hotel was amazing, however the property itself it outdated, sketchy and unkept. Our initial room smelled of pee, cigarette smoke and feet. We moved to a different room that smelled slightly better but not much better off. There were stains on the sheets, and the sitting chair in the room. The television screen went black in the middle of us watching tv and the people in the room next to us was hella sketchy. Wyndham should invest some money into this property because it has potential.

The staff here offers outstanding customer service. They are attentive, they all greet you with a smile, and they work hard to keep everything clean. The hotel is close to everything, within just a few miles. As with any place, I could certainly find a few flaws. However, the pros outweigh the cons. Thank you to the staff for providing excellent service.

First floor is clean but once you take the elevetor and reach upper floor you get very very strong strong smell of smoke. Floors are dirty. Not a good crowd even though it's not under control of the hotel. Typical breakfast for two star hotel.

Our ceiling in our room did start leaking, but they moved us to a new one

Don’t stay! Hotel is in desperate need of repair, surfaces are cracked and falling apart, sections of the walls are falling off, ceiling is crumbling, shower base had most of the enamel off with build up of timescale around the taps and plug holes. Mirror was filthy and the carpet was so dirty. We checked in, saw the state of the room and left. The pool was green and hadn’t been cleaned in months, a lady tried to tell us it happened since the day before, but there was a pile of leaves on all the furniture- which was falling apart, and it hadn’t been a day. All the doors didn’t shut properly so bedroom ones could be pushed open without a key and didn’t close properly so people had a force them shut- so much noise. Reception had water in a dispenser, so that was nice. Nothing else good to say about the property.there are other properties available in the area

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and organized. The complimentary breakfast was great and convenient. What i didn't like was that the pool was not clean we couldn't go for a swim. The person who was in charge of the pool was not around 😒. But other than that we still enjoyed our stay.

Shower needed work, unable to make it work. Loud elevator, could hear it in our room. Cleaning was not up to expectations.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Very welcoming. The breakfast was well stocked and good. The pool looked terrible. We didn't swim. The whole place could use some touching up to make it look better.

Breakfast bar and cookies in the afternoon were delightful. Front desk clerk helpful. My bed was lumpy though...no bed like home. I wasn't informed until I checked in that they would hold $100 deposit on my reservation. I should have been told this online when I made the reservation. They worked it out with me, but it was an unexpected expense on by debit card.
