This is my second time in Granada. On both occasions people in general are really friendly. Hotel staff have been accommodating and helpful. It felt a little out of the action at first but i would definitely stay again...wish the pool was bigger

Everything was amazing. Amazing staff & great room and roof top terrace. Didn’t want to leave! Just a bit far from the centre but still walkable.

There is an amazing spa called GES Spa. For €15 you get to use it for 75 minute. Truly a unique experience. The hotel is conveniently located minutes from bus stop (5 minute walk) that takes you Granada Cathedral in 6-8 minutes. Overall, I would bring my family and stay at the hotel when I return to Granada. It’s clean, staff is courteous, rooms appear new. I will certainly look for this brand of hotels prior to booking my next vacation.

The hotel is within the walking distance to the old city and the train station. We found it very convenient. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They have been trained well to serve their customers.

Excellent stay

This hotel is easily accessible and extremely clean. The staff is courteous and professional. Breakfast is nice. We will come back and stay here for sure.

Great hotel, 10 mins walk to the cathedral. Big clean rooms and very comfortable beds. We watched the sun set from the terrace. Great value. Only complaint is that like most hotels you only get two tiny milk pots for coffees, never enough!

Best hotel stay in Spain trips! Love the location as it is near the train station and can be walkable to the main shopping area. There are bus stops and Aerobus stop nearby too. It is also walkable to a underground supermarket. I love the room as it is big, i can control the room temperature and the bed is firm.

Great service, staffs are kind and welcoming. Hotel is quiet and clean. Newly renovated and close from bus stops.

Good!! But bad internet

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, including the room. We arrived by train, and it was an easy five-minute walk from the station to the hotel. The location is reasonably central - although the entrance to the Alhambra is a fair distance (over 1.5 miles). However, it was a pleasant walk to see other sites. The hotel recommended Tendido1 at the bullring for dinner, and it was excellent.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The spa was great and the rooms are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with the hotel overall, I would totally stay there again. Just the cleaning of the bathroom and the floors could be improved. We had 2 peaceful nights in a room overlooking the courtyard.

I wanted to love this hotel since I had a booked a Catalonia in Madrid and we loved it there but our experience here was not good. Staff were rude and abrasive and it seemed like we were bothering them if we asked a question. Breakfast staff were terrible. Banging and dropping things - it seemed that they did not want to be there. Wifi was TERRIBLE. Always cutting off, poor connection. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad at 17 euros and there was NO chicken in it and it was very small. When we called to complain, the gentlemen was visibly irritated. One last point, the day we checked out I was at reception and noticed a big difference in service - if you are a Spaniard, staff was more polite and helpful but as a non-speaking Spanish, I felt like I was not wanted and a nuisance. I will not be recommending or staying at this hotel again.

Seamless check in, fantastic room, very modern hotel, excellent breakfast, only point I would make is the web site says no parking available but they have a deal with a car park near by and the charge is then only 15 Euros per night, if they add this to the hotel details I would have saved 20 euros over the four night stay.
