I spent teo nights at Eurostars hotel and we had a perfect stay. The hotel is new, clean, the decoration is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. The staff was very kind, and professional. I recommend!

Great location, Alhambra is in walking distance.
Hotel is in good condition and well maintained.
Parking is available, with 20 euros a day maybe a bit higher priced but again it is very centrally located. Garage with a larger car can be tricky.

Only disappointment was air conditioning which was not working and very bright flashing lights on the smoke alarms

We would like to thank the guy who helped us get a cab very in the morning of September 15, 2024. He even went out of the hotel to make sure nobody will get the cab he got from us. We appreciate it so much and that completed our excellent stay in this hotel.

The location and room facilities are good. The extra bed (pull-out sofa) was unfortunately very uncomfortable. The breakfast could also be richer.
The staff were very friendly. A highlight is the great rooftop bar and the good selection of cocktails.

This hotel was one of our favorites on our whole trip in Spain. We had a nice view of the Plaza Del Campillo fountain in our Junior Studio Suite and an even better view from the hotel's rooftop terrace (only open Wednesdays & Sundays). Our stay included breakfast, which was like your usual continental breakfasts. Although we pretty much walked everywhere, taxis & buses are available right outside the hotel. Highly recommended!

Centre of Granada with views of puerta real the Sierra Nevada the Alhambra. Convent for bars and shops and restaurants. Comfortable spacious room with fabulous shower. Lovely terrace bar. The staff were efficient friendly obliging and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

I had a double bed and bath. Modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Roof terrace and bar open in evening. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Breakfast was excellent with lot of choices. The room was descent size. Wash room exhaust was out of order. Toilet seat was broken from one end, but the main issue was door which was sliding and frosted. But has no lock. If someone in the middle of night want to use it, then the wash room light makes everyone awake as it kits up the room,otherwise it’s location is fantastic , close to Arabic quarter and lot of restaurants nearby

The hotel was conveniently located near Granada’s Cathedral and to many restaurants and shops with a taxi and bus stop across the street.

The hotel sent an email with detailed directions to their two parking options, which was extremely helpful.
Staff were exceptional, friendly, professional and efficient.
Breakfast was very good and the staff there were great also.
Shame the roof terrace wasn't opening until June

The phone was not working in our room. We went back to our room at 3:30 pm and it was not cleaned yet. They brought us a water bottle without a bottle opener, and it needed one. No USB outlet in the room but the staff were very kind and gave us an adaptor fro American to European plug. Staff was excellent.

Only two niggles that don't affect my rating;
- the bed was a little bit too firm ... for me
- no USB-A sockets bedside

It really looks like a 3 star hotel. Breakfast below average, open terrace and bar in the 6th floor closed. Don’t tell you, but open in “summer” time only. Bedding needs to improve.

Great location - very walkable around the shopping streets and public transport is available across all corners.

We really enjoyed our stay, staff was welcoming, rooms very clean, bountiful selection of items for breakfast and dinner buffets. Highly recommend the hotel, exceptional value!

Smell of sewage for 2 days, reported in the first hours and they did nothing. Also had horrible Wi-Fi and also intentionally turned off cooling function of AC without any notice, so had to sleep with sewage smell, hot and in a terrible sofa bed. Unforgivable stay, won’t recommend to an enemy!
