Property was great. All staff was friendly from front desk, breakfast host to housekeeping. Pool could have used more attention but overall stay was great.

Traveled to Louisville for the PGA Championships and Booked on Hotels.com app, when we arrived after midnight the clerk had alot of trouble finding our reservation in their system. She finally took my phone and punched my conf # then proceeded to tell me I had to give them $100 cash or i would not be able to stay. I told her i didnt have cash on me to give her( i have never needed cash to stay at a hotel before) just so happens she tells me they have their own ATM machine that charges fees so I had to use the atm to hand her cash for damages. Once we finally got to our room it was pretty ran down, smelled like sewage in the room similar to if the toilet seal was bad or something, the pillows were square 10x10x10 similar to decorative couch pillows. 5hrs later we went to check out, the same clerk handed me my $100 cash back and no one checked the room for the so called damages that they charged the cash for so obviously this tactic is truly used to bolster profits in excess atm fees and im sure guests that stay numerous days often forget about the cash .

This place was disgusting. There was dirt, questionable substances on the walls, mold and mildew everywhere in the bathroom. The room smelled terrible! Evidently, the staff knew because there were dryer sheets in the vent of the air conditioner. The shower was dirty. We were on the first floor, and our window locks were broken, the window could be opened from the inside and outside. I will never stay at this place again. I was highly disappointed.

More towels and wash clothes

For 155.00 a night it was insane, the pictures are totally and utterly false advertising. The sheets and the covers on the bed was dinghy I didn’t want to sleep. It has a horrid smell in the room, the tv remote didn’t have a back to it, the batteries kept falling out when I asked for it to be replaced they claim they would send another one up but they didn’t. The staff looked as if they was substance abusers. Yeah I would

Beware. Not sure if asking for $100 cash at check in is a common practice. And since when does a hotel have ATM in the lobby- especially a Country Inn and Suites by Radisson?!?! We refused to pay cash to cover incidentals plus it also states in a printed piece of paper handed to us at check in, where they also charge your credit card an additional $250 to cover damages! That’s a total of $350 for a $145 room rate. Not worth the hassle. We will never stay there again. Just that alone made us feel very uneasy. Not a common practice anywhere I have ever stated in my 40 years of travel!

It was a good visit overall it was an older property and you could tell that it was by the musty smell but the staff was friendly and it was a fine visit

There were no towels at the pool. And when we asked for towels at the front desk they were all out. So we used our room towels to dry from the pool a.d didn't have clean towels for a shower.

Very dated and not very clean. minimal amenities and some didn’t work. Night manager was rude when asked about a noisy party happening on main floor, near our room.

Below average

This property is very out dated. Everything is banged up or damage in the room. Beware, they do change a $250 credit card hold AND a $100 CASH ONLY (refundable once you check out) fee as well.

Good place to stay

Very nice hotel. Updated and clean. Very friendly staff. Beds were a little on the stiff side. Good water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast options. Hotel is centrally located to downtown with lots of food options and gas stations. I would definitely stay here again.
