we had a good stay for 2 nights with family we were able to get 2 rooms adjacent to each other,good breakfast which is a good perks,

The night shift staff on Nov 14 was amazing.
However, we were staying with a group of people who had a bunch of pre-teens stomping around the floor right above us, would use the emergency staircase and run out past our room on the first floor, to meet with their people hanging out in the shared dining hall until past 11pm.
My 4 year old son had to stay up 2 hours past his bedtime because the stompings that happened upstairs would shake our entire bedroom. External security officers had to be called in, but the situation was not resolved.

All the staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast selection was awesome. The hot tub and pool were nice and quiet and relaxing (after the hockey team left LOL). Felt comfortable and safe. Bonus that theres a Tim Hortons and a McDonalds right beside for coffee/lunch/late night snacks.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, black curlies on toilet seat, pee on the back, tissue paper stuffed in the corner (weird, I know), fridge made an electrical bang and stoped working. Management couldn’t not keep kids from playing tag on the the floor till 11 pm. Yes, the price point was good, but I won’t come back.

Hotel was clean despite it's age. Pool is awesome. I just wished it opens earlier than 9AM. Breakfast is not bad.

We are from Australia and my daughter wanted to buy cowboy boots and go line dancing. Chose this hotel as close to Lammie’s Western Wear and across the road from the Ranchmans Cookhouse & Dancehall. We had an awesome night and the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was yummy.

Very hard to find with gps. Says its 13 minutes from airport try 35 to 40 minutes. But room was clean, bathtub had orange stains all on the bottom of it. No evacuation chart on door. Nothing in room to tell you about the amenities of the hotel. Very dated the rooms

Great place to stay. Room was nice, there is only one elevator, slow. Location is good. Lots you can walk to.

Quite run down and lots of esthetic issues (mirror cracked, frame with gaps and holes, old used furniture, just over-all ratty and needs updating).

my stay was amazing, the showers temperature sometimes went from steaming hot to freezing cold but other than that it was perfect :) staff is friendly and theres a tims, mcdonalds, liquor store and vape store right next to it !

We only stayed one night but the service was great. The only thing we did not care for was the continental breakfast. The food was sitting way too long in warmers and the setup was awkward with things hard to get to.

hotel seems a bit dated in but otherwise clean and you get what you pay for. I liked the free hot breakfast, waterslide, pool and hot tub feature. All staff were friendly.

We stayed for two nights. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean - the AC was a little noisy but we were able to sleep through it. We don’t use the pool or hot tub but it looked like the area was safe and clean
