Was surprisingly quiet considering it was right beside the freeway. Staff was friendly.

Very comfortable and convenient

The beds we very comfortable and we all slept great! The pool and hot tub were nice and the breakfast had lots of options including cheese omelets, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, waffles, danishes, fruit, and sausage, which was GREAT!

Even though i booked with expedia they linked my room to my Hilton honors account so i could use my app for the digital key.

The food at breakfast was poorly cooked, including undercooked and watery eggs, and the waffle makers faulty (guests were forced to clean them themselves after they burnt the waffles). Access to the hotel was poorly signposted and difficult to find with Google maps or the directions given on the website.

I reserved two rooms. They only had one. They did find a room but I had to request they honor the rate. The bathroom showed signs of mold and water barely came out of the shower and temperature fluctuated radically. Very worn hotel. I won’t return

The Hotel was nicely kept with good amenities. The shower was one of the worst ever and the ceiling sounded like it was going to collapse when kids above us were running across the room.

WiFi login was poorly set up and failed multiple times. Electrical outlets near TV did not work.

Great hotel and friendly staff.

We traveled from out of state to stock up on our U of M memorabilia and this hotel accommodated us well for the night. The beds were comfortable and the pullout was utilized as well. The exercise room was a little underwhelming. It was very warm and there was no way to clean the equipment be cause the wipes that were provided were dry and not as useful. The breakfast was warm and the variety was appealing to the palate. Overall the stay was okay for our immediate needs: rest and recharge. We would be open to staying again in the future.

The bathroom was dirty - yellowing all over the wall behind the toilet and next to the sink. The shower curtain was stained and filthy. It was wrapped nicely around the handle in the shower when entering so it was hidden until the shower was used. It was exceptionally gross to find orange and brown funk all over the bottom of the curtain before my morning shower. The property itself was nice, but the bathroom was maintained poorly. The problems were extremely noticeable and ignored by hotel staff for the simple fact that they had a lot of availability the night we stayed and put us in that room.

The room was fine. Another guest had their car window broken which made me feel uneasy

Overall an OK experience. The pool and hot tub were great for a family with kids. The rooms were fine for the price point. Sunday breakfast was a disaster as no-one was available to restock items or empty the trash.

Our room was a little worn - it’s experienced a few travelers. The carpet was a little worn, caulk around the sink showed its age, the ceiling of the bathroom looked like it had orange peeled in a few places, etc. Our breakfast the first morning was decent - eggs, waffles, etc. The next morning, the only eggs they had were the egg circles folded over and stuffed with cheese - we went somewhere else for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean which are good attributes when spending the night in a hotel. It wasn’t perfect, but I would stay there again.

We have stayed at many Hilton properties. We arrived for our 3 night stay and found that floor was not vacuumed. There were crumbs and a little purple train toy around the bed and the curtains were torn. The bathroom had signs of attempts to cover mildewed grout. We decide that those were not things that would affect our stay and we had appointments to get to at University of Michigan. The next day we attempted to shower and found no water. We called the front desk and were told they were working on the hot water tank. We had no water most of that day in our room. We attempted to contact the manager and was told he had left for the day and tried again the next morning to be told he was not in yet 9:20 am) we returned for our day of college touring at 4:45 and were told he had already left. The cleanliness and facilites use at other Hiltons has never been a problem - not the case for this Ann Arbor hotel. I have emailed and left messages for management and as out our check out - still no follow up. I was a loyal Hilton customer for that will be rethinking staying with them again.

The room I stayed in was HUGE. My business was at the University of Michigan, which was a quick ten-minute drive away. Breakfast was varied and convenient. Appreciated the free parking. Front desk attendant was cordial, helpful and had a great sense of humor.

Room was in bad condition, dirty floor and shower, curtains ripped and hanging off the hooks, room next-door was making loud noise until 4 AM and calls to the front desk didn’t help

Quick one night stay. Perfect for that!
