Good place to stay, close to downtown shops, restaurants, and ferry. We were able to walk to all of our destinations

Great one night stay on our way to UP, Michigan. Very spacious bathroom and room. Comfy bed. Very nice staff and loved the hot tub and pool.

If you are only wanting a clean & comfortable place to stay this should work. It's extremely close to Mackinaw Ferry company. I may have been slightly disappointed because I thought the pictures of the room looked better on website.

Very clean, no frills stay. We stayed for 2 nights while visiting the area. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful with ferry tickets. If we were in the area, I would not hesitate to book again.

I liked how the lobby had a welcoming atmosphere and the lobby was always staffed at check in and check out. The room was clean, neat, and simple for what I needed. With two beds I had room to unpack and pack.The bathroom was simple and clean. The location was so close and walking distance to many food and shopping options as well as ferry service to the island. Perfect for more than one night. I enjoyed using the satellite hot tub the Plaza offered as well after a long day.

Just a simple one-night stay as we were traveling home. Location would be great for tourist to Mackinaw City.
The room was very clean and good condition. There were sufficient AC power outlets to charge our iPhones and iPads. The showers was fine (took a little time for the hot water to get hot) and the exhaust fan worked well.
I've been in nicer places, but they were 3-4 times the price.
Suggested improvement: install a grab bar to increase safety for stepping into & out of the tub/shower (and maybe prevent a law suit).

Was surprised to find no mini fridge in the room. Overall my stay was fine, nothing bad but nothing great as well. Very good location, easy access to many things near by.

It was a great stay for a trip to Mackinac. Easily walkable to stores, restaurants, and to catch the ferry to the island.
The only thing that would improve the stay would be updating to the room as they seem a bit outdated. Would have also loved a fridge in the room.
But parking was simple and there was plenty. Area felt safe. Would absolutely book here again.

Said it had laundry facilities but it didn't, that is one of the reasons for choosing it. They did give me lower level room on request when we got there.

The Court Plaza was centrally located and great for our stay. The refrigerator was not in one of our rooms, so we had to share. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and staff very friendly.

Location was outstanding, with all shops and the ferry walkable. Room was dated. WiFi and cable TV were extremely slow. Most outlets were loose so it was hard to plug in devices and have them actually get charged. Staff was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Very out dated rooms , bed not comfortable old sheets same for the towels, no shampoo in the shower.

The price is great but the room is very dated - including beds, linens, furniture. There is no fridge.

The pool and hot tub were great! Everything was well taken care of. We had a refrigerator though that we couldn’t use as it wasn’t plugged in and the only outlet was between the beds or at the bathroom sink. That was disappointing as we were there for three nights.

They need a softer pillow out of the 2 on each bed. They were both flat. WiFi was real good. The place was definitely very nice and upgraded. What they need in each room is a refrigerator & microwave. Then this place could charge a lot more. The pool & Hot Tub was very nice. Excellent location. The managers / desk clerk were very nice and above expectations.

The motel is a very simple and basic motel. For the price don't expect the amenities of 5-star hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. It does include a mini fridge, but not a microwave. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, but we did not use them, so no comment on their quality. The motel is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shopping, and the terminal for the ferry to Mackinac Island.

Very clean. Had a corner room upstairs and the view was of downtown. Really nice room and accomodating staff. Could use another chair in the room. One was not enough. Great stay though. Wish there was an elevator but we were only there one night so we dealt with it.

Enjoyed the hotel stay and the local area was very nice for dinner and shopping. The room was clean although needing a little maintenance if certain areas. Enjoyed our stay and would do so again in the future. Price was reasonable for everything overall.

It was an easy walk to the shops, the ferry, and the bridge at night.

Stayed one night. No bugs. Clean room/ bathroom. Close to Headlands Dark Sky Park. Walkable food options and its possible to walk to the ferry.
